The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.The coordination and information sharing between me and the potential employer was excellent. I was impressed with the level of communication; in terms of frequency, variety and quality.

I did not expect them to stay in touch during the first few weeks of my employment. But they did, they wanted to know how I was settling in and if there were any issues they could help me resolve.

Harry salter is professional and great at what he does. Taking the time to listen and putting forward roles that fit me as a person. Freddie not only assisted me on getting my current role, he was also very proactive at advising what the employer was looking for, what would be most important key factors to them for this particular role, which helped me prepare better and more focused for my interview. He was also good at following up once I started the role. Very professional and savvy.

I cannot praise Harry Salter enough. He was very professional from the initial call to discuss the role to securing the position. Even after I secured the job, he calls to check how I am doing and asks if there is anything he can do to make my role more comfortable, which I appreciate. Burman Recruitment has really shown what a recruiting company should be like.
