Stay away from this company!
Order takes weeks to arrive and the shipment tracking and customer service are practically useless.
You can easily do your own version using fiber, zero calorie electrolyte mix, and bone broth.
I went to the website after receiving my first box weeks after ordering and canceled subscription. Received 2 emails confirming. This week out of nowhere I receive charges from them in my card and a notice they’re shipping to me. I immediately contact customer service and include the emails from months prior saying my subscription is canceled.
They reply that it was only for their online/app program and not products. Fascinating bc the two emails simply say subscription canceled.
No they won’t stop this order shipping and are billing me and to go to the website and cancel.
Days later tracking status is the shipper still hasn’t received anything from them. So they really could have canceled and refunded since it’s now a week and nothing has shipped.
Guess it’s time to show everything and talk to my lawyer.

Shady AF
They are shady. I had my subscription on pause and they still sent me products and charged me $160. After getting more product and being charged, I canceled my subscription, and they charged me "for the difference." They charge $34 every 4 months for their app even though they don't have one for Android.
As for customer service, they have an email address. That is it.

I had great success after being skeptical. I lost 8 & 1/2 pounds in 3 days. I continued to work out while on the program, with no ill effects. I thought I may be tired and hungry, but I was not! I am a 51 year old male and will definitely utilize the burnbox program in the future!

First Timer, First Time Succeeder
I had never attempted a fast longer than 24 hours prior to this, but Burnbox made it easy. The supplements included kept me focused on my goal without succumbing to cravings. By the third day, I was able to complete the fast with only water and one cup of coffee for the last 24 hours.
The experience reinvigorated me, gave my metabolism a boost and is something I'm going to do regularly, either monthly or bimonthly.
Thank you for making me realize I could do this, and that there are so many health benefits to doing this!

Horrible Taste, Way Overpriced
The products taste really bad. The kit consists of for small packets of powder that you have to mix. The electrolyte mix is lime flavored and it's really hard to choke down. The fiber drink, which is pretty much the same as anything you can buy over the counter, has a horrible aftertaste. The bone broth powder is chalky. It did help me get through the 3-day fasts. But it is a very overpriced fasting kit. Also, their policies are very inside out. If you cancel after your first order, you have to pay back any discount you were given to incentivize you to try their product.
