I ordered a kilt pin on 15 Nov 21. Having not received it after 10 days, phoned the store and discovered that item had been out of stock ,but a new shipment was rec'd and my item is now shipped and delivery was to be next day 26 Nov. On 01 Dec, item still not rec'd, called store again and Lisa advised that a duplicate will be sent , for 02 Dec delivery ,and I did receive it as promised. Very satisfied with the item and service, but not the delivery company.

Excellent product. Shipping and delivery was adequate but as a guest purchase there was no way for me to track the delivery. But it came! Somehow or other, it came just the same! How could it be so? It came with out ribbons! It came without tags! It came without packages, boxes or bags! It came in a pouch. Then, when finally, I set it free, it was the most beautiful tartan to me. - Quality product from a Quality retailer.

My order arrived quickly, actually very quick considering I was informed that part of my order was only arriving on Monday to the store and I had the full order in my hands Tuesday. Everything was as described and top quality. I'll order again from Burnetts Struth

The website is very difficult to navigate - trying to find a scarf that my family tartan meant I had to go to page 3 of the site to look for the scarf in terms of size. From there, the drop down menu lets you know they have multiples choices for you to choose from. I had to call the store to know how to order my clan pattern in a scarf otherwise I wouldn't have known.

Also the menu on the left bar has more information than the too drop down menu. That lead to the confusion.

Other than the site everything is great! I think the product is lovely! Thanks for doing this and good luck with everything!
