Excellent food for pups and seniors
Joined the puppy club and a couple of days later I received a complimentary bag of puppy kibble, treats and information booklet. My pup loves this food and I have now reordered a large bag, his tummy is so much better and he scoffs his food rather than play with it which he did on his other kibble. My senior dog has been on the Burns weight management kibble and has lost a couple of kilos which is excellent news for us. I would highly recommend John Burns pet food and wouldn’t use anything else for my boys.

Downhill on quality and customer care since Assisi takeover
On opening a new 150g tray of wet fish and rice the food was mouldy. The is the SECOND time this week I've had to fill in a complaint form. Assisi doesn’t respond to live chat, doesn’t answer the phone and, aside from a routine holding email, hasn’t replied to my first email sent Monday. Things have really gone downhill since Assisi acquired the brand. I now have three 150g trays I’ve had to throw away in a week.
