Worst customer service and online website
The company offers old-fashioned goods at a very high price. There are many great online stores that offer the same / newer items at a discounted price.
In addition, the time that it takes to deliver the goods is just not acceptable anymore to current standards. A keyboard + mouse took them over 4 months to deliver.

Great overall experience!
Great first experience with Buro International. I hesitated for long time and went through many reviews before choosing a standing desk. After a very bad experience with an Ikea desk extremely wobbling, I didn't want to go wrong. When contacting Buro International, they answered all my questions, even leveraging video call to show me the sturdiness of their standing desk so I did not need to drive 2 hours. They convinced me and I'm glad I did ! Desk is definitely best quality/price I could find! Thank you!
PS: I believe Buro International is mainly a B2B player as there was no installation manual, but only 8 screws to screw! I've seen more complex :)

My experience was very good
My experience was very good. I received the desk within days (despite the sanitary situation). The contacts with the company were very efficient and caring.

Order is fine but digital is behind
Order and delivery went fine. Customer service is good. Big issue is the interaction through the site: cannot log in, trace the order, the chat is not live - offered but not working properly.
