I buy from Burrfection Store with Absolute Confidence
I buy products from Burrfection Store with great confidence. They carry a wide range of products, i.e.. knives, sharpening stones and cutting board. I don't have to shop and compare. If I buy a $400 knife from Burrfection Store, I can guarantee it's the best quality at that price-point. I have bought 4 knives, 4 soak type whet stones, 5 splash-n-go whet stones, and 1 cutting board from Burrfection website and rate all of those items 5 stars. You also can't beat the detailed information on each product. The only complaint I have, is inventory quantities. Out of Stock, is across all product lines, but says a lot about buyers confidence in quality and price-point. There are other websites with similar products and prices, Burrfection goes steps beyond with detailed information to help steer you with best prduct for your level or application. This store is much more than selling just knives and sharpening products. They pass on years of wisdom and knowledge to assist you with selecting the right item for your needs.

The shipment was returned by fedex and…
The shipment was returned by fedex and I was told it would be reshipped later. I tried contacting the store over there contact form and 2 separate emails and got no response whatsoever. I have no idea if and when my shipment will be sent and I haven’t received any communication over the last 2 weeks.

A great source for knives
I ordered online and everything went smoothly. I received a confirmation email and then a shipping notification. I was confused when I tried to track my order and was told that the shipper had canceled my order. Mt order arrived a few days later. I really like the knife I ordered and use it every day.

Very poor product, even at its low price.
I realize one of those knives only cost $99, but it was a mess. The spine was bent in two directions, seriously, and one side had been ground to death trying to make it look straight.
I was a fan of The Burr King and his videos, but I am extremely disappointed with this product, even at the price. I won't bother to send it back, but I will not re-order from your business. That knife should never have been shipped!!!

Stolen shipment replaced promptly
When I was receiving requests to review my purchase, I emailed I had not yet received my product. The did some research and discovered my package had been stolen while in FedEx custody (!). They sent me a replacement quickly.
