Shut them down

I agree, this is a scam...It seemed legitimate to start with as they vetted 1 product for me and said that it was profitable then had me set up a bank draft as they wouldn't accept a credit card, which should have been my first warning sign. I have since reached out to them including the onboarding team and all of their emails bounced back. While I feel stupid at the moment, there has to be something that we can collectively do...even if it is just to shut them down.

Seven other people have contacted me about the scam. Continue to post about your negative experience here. Have your invoice number ready, they challenge all negative reviews, and if you don’t respond, trust pilot will remove it. We need to hold them accountable.

They sell you illegal inventory.
They falsely charge you.
They get your store shut down.
They violate contract terms.
They don’t reimburse your money.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
REPORT THEM TO STATE AND FEDERAL AUTHORITIES.

This is not an honestly operated…

This is not an honestly operated company. They changed their profit-share structure without notifying me or others before doing so. I invested $7000 to get my store started and later realized they used a third-party company to operate the store which was not disclosed in the initial agreement. When I questioned this, I got no response from Daniel Scott who was my initial sales rep. On top of that, they started using Tango for product sourcing/payments and charged an additional fee. Emails have gone unanswered and they terminated the Slack accounted used for communicating with the store manager. Poor business practices worthy of being investigated for fraud!

Scam company

This company is fraudulent. Stated my store would be up and running within two weeks. It took several months while they “searched for products.” Then Amazon flagged my product as fraudulent. The worker (who is over in India btw) asked me to lie to Amazon in a recovery interview. Told me to tell Amazon I ran my own store. I’ve asked for a refund twice and the worker, Izzan, deleted his communication with me. Do not waste your money.

Don’t do it
Gave them 7 months, literally accomplished nothing and couldn’t get them to respond. Even after trying to cancel they kept trying to bill us. We gave them unlimited flexibility in what to order, a big budget and the only thing ordered was one product early on and not one has been sold nor any new inventory. At this point we’ve spent $9000 in management fees, bought $1,000 in inventory and sold nothing.
This is a legitimate strategy but a management company need’s to be proactive and actually responsive. They are the worse I’ve ever seen. Believe the negative reviews.

DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM! THEY'RE SCAMMERS. I lost over $10,000 with them and once they take your money, they'll block you and WILL end all communication with you. They use tango products for you to order merchandises from which is also a ghost company. DO NOT BE A VICTIM!

Burst ECom- website is a lie. Do not invest with Burst Ecom. Took $12,500 will not return your monies for a refund. Why take from a hard working woman and keep monies. Hiring an attorney. Anyone in let me know.

Details that you did not make any money my AMAZON account has been suspended. They will not respond and has paused my notification through SLACK see below, I have requested for refund numerous times. I have hired an attorney.

My product was not counterfeit. I stop selling in 2024 per Unicity. They requested us. Unicity is still selling on AMAZON. Never mind you will hear from my attorney next week sometime. I want my monies. AMAZON stated that you were the counterfeit. I will make sure that Burst E-Comm pay for attorney fees and for my time waisted with no services rendered. Again the contract stated I give 30 day notice I can request refund. I will get my refund.

Stay Away

I found Burst Ecom online while searching for a company that could open and manage an Amazon FBA store. I made initial contact to them May 2024. After hearing the sales pitch and agreeing to their fee of $6500 I was sent over a contract to sign. After signing the contract, I was then told I needed to open an LLC in order to run the business. I opened a LLC through Legalzoom and sent them over all necessary information. After that I was told I needed to make the first initial purchase of inventory to fill my store on 07/22/24 for $3,412.50. This purchase was going to be part of a bigger purchase made by multiple sellers in order to get the right price to remain competitive on Amazon. Wire was sent to Tango Products LLC. I was told orginally it would only take a few weeks to make it into my store. Inventory ran into several delays I was told and inventory was not fully received into Amazon until 12/15/24. After that the inventory sat because they priced the inventory too high. It sat until March 2025 when I made my first sale of inventory. During that time I made another purchase of inventory to try and move things along. I made that purchase in January of 2025. After I started receiving sales, Amazon put my account on hold and deactivated my account because the product I was selling on the store was marked fradulent/counterfeit. Because it was deactivated, Amazon gave me 90 days to resolve the account or they were going to throw out my inventory. The inventory I purchase in January never made it to Amazon because of the deactivation. I dealt with (3) different store managers during this time. Danica R. (got fired) then Tariq Azam (quit the company) and now current store manager is Sharif Arif . Because there was so much turnover and disorganization my inventory was thrown out and have been given no update when my account will be reactivated and where my exisiting inventory is. I have since found out that there is no physical address that I am aware for burst ecom in the states and my store managers are in India and not here locally. I have been reluctant to find any information on Burst Ecom and who the owner is (shows Daniel Safran online). I also havent been able to contact anyone with Tango products. You will find similar situations and complaints from multiple people online.

My previous amazon agency was TERRIBLE…

My previous amazon agency was TERRIBLE almost lost faith until i gave Burst Ecom a chance. They actually set the right expectations and do things the right way. It's not a perfect business but nothing really is. I can say it's worth it though.

He SOLD ME!

I was looking for some passive income and decided that I would give this a try. What can I say about Stan my sales guy? He’s super kind, knowledgeable about the process and how this works and what to expect. He’s there for any questions any time of the day! Stan stayed with me on this business venture until I understood everything and I was comfortable with moving forward. I probably made him work much harder than he has to on a regular basis, but a thru and thru great guy to work with and now a dear friend. I’m still early in the process, but from what I can see, this will be a great business venture! Thank you Stan!

I don't recommend it

I had a disappointing experience with this company. After paying an entry fee of $4,500 and an additional $5,000 for stock, I faced serious issues. Amazon deactivated my store, destroyed the stock, and kept the funds in my account, which resulted in a significant financial loss. I later learned that other individuals have had similar experiences. Despite my best efforts to resolve the situation, I am unable to sell on Amazon again. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this company.

Highly Troubling Ongoing Experience - RUN

I am reaching out to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with this company and to request the return of my business investment due to the issues outlined below.

1. Delay in Account Assignment

It took over a week for my account to be assigned to an Account Manager. This delay significantly impacted the progress of my eCommerce account setup and left me feeling uncertain about the process.

2. Lack of Timeline or Clear Steps

I specifically requested a detailed timeline of events to guide the setup of my eCommerce account. Unfortunately, no such information was provided, leaving me without a clear understanding of what to expect.

3. Disorganization and Communication Issues

The overall disorganization during the onboarding process has been disappointing. The communication has been inconsistent, and the lack of clear, positive feedback has only added to my concerns. No reply to any emails or phone calls to address this matter.

4. Unanticipated Hidden Fees

I was not informed of several additional fees until after signing up. This lack of transparency has further eroded my confidence in the partnership.

Given these challenges, I believe the best course of action is to terminate our agreement and request a full refund of my investment. The issues mentioned above are not only barriers to achieving my business goals but also reflect a misalignment between the expectations set during your onboarding process and my actual experience.

Please let me know the necessary steps to initiate the refund process. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably.

I started with them in Feb

I started with them in Feb. Have not made any profit after paying them their fee and my account was deactivated within a couple months due to all products being suspected as counterfeit. All 5 products recommended by them were suspected to be fake products and shut down my seller account. It is July and the seller store is still de- activated with no end in sight.
