The package arrived quickly. Good documentation. Well made assembly. Recommend you watch Burteq's YouTube videos prior to the order or install.

The installation from the footwell is doable, some flexibility is required.
Just installed on my Golf Mk8 GTI.
It was tricky with the module location (not company's fault) but other than that it's a very quick and easy process. It works perfectly and I've finally gotten rid of the daily routine of removing useless automatic controls.

Purchased a memory module for the Cupra Formentor.
Shipping took roughly 3-4 days, it gave me a track & Trace but that didnt really work until it came to my house when I simply recieved an email notifiying me of the delivery.
The removal of the cable that was previously in thr car was rather rough for me personally, the cable would not let go of the module, installing the module was rather simple, click and go.
After installation My windows wouldnt close with the key anymore...
I had kept my windows open as it was a sunny day and disconnected the battery.
This reset my window settings and they had to be recalibrated.
A quick message to the live chat and The person on the other side knew instantly what had happened and sent me a VW video for recalibrating the windows which worked like a charm.
After a week of using the cable I have a positive experience about the working of of the cable, it sets my start stop and lane assist in the previous settings.
I would highly recommend this product.
