Ordered my selected flooring and promptly arrived.
Slight issue with damage in transit but BURTS quickly sorted the problem in a professional manner and a replacement was immediately sent out.
Staff were very helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Although the scheduled delivery got changed a couple of times , I’m still very happy with my purchase. The carpet is of great quality and it was reasonably priced.

We do not offer a 'free' delivery service whatsoever so we are not sure where this has came from. You selected click & collect when you checked out which is of course free. You had no intention of collecting when we contacted you so yes, we asked for delivery fee because you selected the wrong option. You didn't want to pay a delivery fee and thus a full refund was issued on request.
