I have been using Burts Carpets online for well over a decade, on and off, and they have consistently offered very reasonable prices and excellent-quality carpets. For value and reliability, they have always been a solid choice.

My only minor criticism is around the presentation of room-size remnants. In the past, Burts Carpets used to include actual photos of the remnants themselves, whereas now the images appear to be taken from the main product listings. This makes it harder to judge the carpet properly. There is nothing quite like seeing a real photo of the carpet — even rolled up and stacked — as it gives a much clearer sense of the texture and, more importantly, the true colour.

That said, when it comes to price and quality, I genuinely wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. Burts Carpets remain a dependable and excellent option, and I would continue to recommend them without hesitation.

Very expensive postage for a tiny bathroom remnant ,hopefully they will add a cheaper option for these.

Overall great experience. Quality product delivered really quickly. Only thing that knocks it down is the use of dx as a delivery partner, no tracking available and ignored delivery day update. Burts as a company cannot fault.
