Iv used this pharmacy quite a few times now for saxenda pens. Very helpful always reliable and now offer on line face to face consultations for first time using saxenda pens ext for anyone who need any extra advice and help.

Used them many times and all was good however 4 days ago they took £264 from my credit card and no goods arrive - upon checking the transaction has been taken from my credit card and they tell me that they had an IT issue and their payment gateway was down - they can refund me on Monday - when asked why they cannot send the goods I am told they cannot do this over the phone! SCAM ALERT now will dispute with my credit card company - they clearly have not got the stock but are taking payments - BAD

Accepted order online. Cancelled and refunded a few days later as system issues and then still sent a review form for a purchase I never got

I have been using Burwash Pharmacy as my online pharmacy for well over a year now. Their service is the best I have expereienced and I would now only use this company. I once submitted the wrong delivery address, phoned them up and this was sorted out immediately for me by a very helpful member of staff. I rate them 5 star plus.

Hi I purchased my order months ago and it was amazing and arrived really fast but the second time I ordered a week ago to be emailed back and to be told your technical side had stopped working so I was . I was hoping use would become available again but I'v not heard x

Not impressed with this service as we ordered and paid for something, waited 3 working days to be told they were having issues and the order was cancelled. I was given a refund but thought i waited too long to be told this
