I can't say more about the excellent service Burwash Pharmacy has done about these delayed orders and keeping with their promise. I will be a repeat customer when all this customs stuff gets sorted out and shipments start to the U.S. again.

Unfortunately I was not able to get items due to customs.

Ordering was easy and the service was great, however did not receive my order.

Did not receive sharps container in order. I realize the shipment was coming a long way, but the ice packs were all melted upon arrival so package was at about 80F. Still useable in 30 days according to packaging but with the build up period one pen may fall out of that time period depending on my dosing with my doctor. Would recommend an extra ice pack for their US shipments during warmer months to ensure no issues. It appears they are growing too fast to address some quality challenges. I still really appreciate an affordable US delivery alternative and these issues are easily fixed. Give them a try if US based but start with a smaller order.

Wasted a lot of time by waiting for my shipment- had to follow up to ask for a tracking number we only to be told that my ID was needed for customs. The next day my order was cancelled due to “American orders having issues with customs”. Stop taking the orders! PS please refund my $420!

My experience with Burwash Pharmacy has been nothing short of being great. They were very helpful in providing guidance in the completion of their online ordering process. As the prescription was filled I was kept updated through timely communications via text and email. I would have given 5 Stars, however, I am still working with customs to clear my prescription because I was not aware of additional actions needed at that stage of delivery.

You have been wonderful and easy to work with. I have had quite the experience trying to get my meds through customs. Customs has required several pieces of paperwork and every time I have emailed the pharmacy Henrietta has gotten what I needed to me asap. Henrietta has been so helpful through this process and if/when I need to order meds again hopefully will bne there for me to work with. Thank you Henrietta for all your help.
