I ordered saxenda pen. The postage was expensive.. but when it arrived there were no needles included. I had to phone and ask for needles that cost another £9
I wasn’t aware of this when I ordered and paid for the pen.

Was a very easy process to work through the qualifying questions and pay. My packaged was shipped about 5 days after submitting the order as I ordered late in the week and they don't want your package to get stuck in transit over the weekend (it was temperature sensitive). Packaged arrived in Canada still cold and was very well packed.
I will use them again.

I live in a remote village part of Alaska is very hard to shipped anything here, and for me to receive my order in two weeks was very successful, and I am very pleased with Burwash pharmacy services. The shipping company keep sending me update of the destination of my packages. I appreciated it, because I knew where my packages was, and when my package arrived at my post office. I want to ask if burwash pharmacy can use labels like please keep it in a cooler. Just because, taking two weeks long. Here where I live everything is shipped by air, and when we have bad weather things get delayed due bad weather, that’s no fault to anyone, but having the package in a cooler will help. Should I add that when I place my order?
