Ondeugdelijke Busbiker fietsdrager

Er is een draagarm gebroken van mijn Busbiker fietsdrager. Gemeld bij het bedrijf maar dat zegt dat de arm is overbelast. Dat kan niet want er stonden 2 e-bikes erop met een totaal gewicht van minder dan 60 kg. Het draagvermogen van de Busbiker is 80 kg. Dus geen sprake van overbelasting. Wel is aan dezelfde kant een moer losgekomen en verdwenen. Niet afgebroken want het schroefdraad is intact.
Ook gemeld aan Busbiker, maar geen reactie gekregen hierop.
Naar mijn oordeel zijn de garantievoorwaarden van toepassing maar Busbiker weigert de kosten van de reparatie voor zijn rekening te nemen.
Schande!
Ik van dit ondeugdelijk apparaat een melding gemaakt bij de Nederlandse Voedsel en Waren Autoriteit.
Nog geen reactie op gehad.
