Excellent, I have visited multiple times. Individual style and items, absolutely lovely.

I had the best experience at the Bath store in February, all three ladies were so welcoming and lovely, giving great style advice without being pushy. I was so happy with the quality, material and style of the Marcia leopard print dress. I can't stop recommending Busby & Fox and will definitely be back!

I went to the Exeter store today looking for an outfit but without a clue what I wanted. The 2 women immediately offered help and talked to me about options. Really great service and I came away with an outfit I’d have never had tried without help and advice.

Great looking ankle suede boots but both sizes arrived damaged, such a disappointment! Their sizes don't make any sense, I had ordered my usual size 4 UK (their smallest size for those boots) and it came up huge! Their returns system isn't efficient at all, you have to wait until the returns are 'accepted and approved' by the store which is just insane because they arrived faulty in the first place. Probably won't be buying again from this store sadly.

Beautifully laid out shop with everything talking to each other.Dress and enhance with jewellery , sunglasses , scarves etc in one setting.The collection seems to have been built by someone who loves women and knows how to make them feel super cool and super comfortable.I now buy pretty well all my clothes there.... either when I am visiting in the summer or using the website when I am home.The staff are also helpful and caring.Beautiful space and great outfits.I love this shop.

Your staff could not be more attentive or helpful. The blue top which I bought is a gorgeous colour, rich but also with a slightly subtle edge to it. The sizing was very strange, very oversized so I ended up in the shop buying a top size which I would never have guessed online. Which is why I prefer to buy in shops. Perhaps put size dimensions on your size guide?

Just received my Sophia waistcoat today.It arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.Im delighted with the colour fit and quality of the waistcoat.It will go so well with my recent purchases from Busby& Fox.Thanks.

The communication with you was first class. Unfortunately the garment had not been made well and therefore returned it without any problem.

Busby and Fox clothes are more than exceptional! Every item is so well designed and pieces can be easily coordinated with other B&F clothes that create another dimension to the look and feel of the style! These clothes are now my entire wardrobe, including the beautiful jewellery, boots and shoes that work perfectly with the clothes. So many compliments and overall Busby and Fox clothes make me feel great!
Farnham team knows me so well and are so knowledgeable about the clothing and so very friendly, thank you from a very happy and well dressed lady.

I ordered two scarves. They must have both been made at 5 minutes to 5pm on a Friday afternoon. They were poorly finished and not what you would expect for the price. Also they encourage dogs into their stores which I find unhygienic and off putting. A shame as some of the styles look nice on the website.

Easy order. Quick delivery. Great item and item discounted.

I order online as I'm miles away from any store which may not be a bad thing as I spend enough without their amazing in store products knowledge and lovely staff.
I ring a store for help or email for advice and always get the help I need .
I've been in the Truro store twice last year while on holiday and will be back later this year .
Their clothes and accessories are what I've been looking for for years and should come with a warning that will cause a huge smile on your face that just won't go away 😻

This was my first order with Busby & Fox and it was a pleasurable experience. Prompt delivery, beautifully packaged items, the quality & design of clothing just as expected. The printed blouse & scarf true to size- I’m a size 16- and just gorgeous. My only disappointment was the sizing of the beaded fish bracelet, which regretfully I had to send back as the link chain was far too short to fasten which would cause me hesitation to order jewelry again. Please review & address this Busby & Fox, because an extra inch of links would have made all the difference. Regardless I will definitely be a returning customer.

Lovely trousers and a good fit - very comfortable and can be dressed up or down .

I feel so frustrated with this store. The styles and colours are lovely. The shops are stylish and well presented. It should be my favourite store but the quality is just dire.I keep going in and hoping things have changed and quality has improved. They haven’t.

The composition and cut of the fabrics is awful and has markedly deteriorated since they stopped stocking brands. To charge well over £100 for a piece of shapeless largely acrylic knitwear is an utter rip off. Nothing is lined, hemmed properly or of any reasonable quality.

It’s Thai market stall goods at Copenhagen prices and someone is reaping a huge mark up from this stuff. I’d far rather buy quality cashmere, silk and linen secondhand.
