Used Buscom for several transfers between cities. Each trip was reliable, and the vehicles were consistently in good condition. Would use again.

Good experience overall. The minibus was spacious, air-conditioned, and comfortable for our group. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The quick last minute arrangement was great and upon request there were drinks and music available in the luxurious van.
The driver was always on time and even though they didn't speak English, communication through whatsapp worked well.
Not cheap for sure, but you get what you pay for. I would book again for a (large) group!

Really good - mate hired a bus for Vittoria to Bilbao and back for Europa final. Was well organised, lovely service and no frills. Shame about the result, but hey ho.

Volker and his wife were absolutely lovely and we had a super fun day with them! Our hotel in Trier turned out to be unreachable by bus, so we had to freestyle a bit at the end to get our wine purchases to the hotel. But this worked out fine in the end, as it was only a short walk.

I recently used Buscom service to take my students to a retreat in Italy. I was unsure about sending so much money in advance, trusting a company that I didn't know before. The full experience was a pleasant surprise! When we arrived at the airport a great, modern, clean bus was waiting for us, with a friendly and helpful driver. I used Buscom services for a wedding which was logistically difficult and with many guests to move from the centre of Paris to a Church and then a Chateau one hour away. The service has been impeccable, during the planning and throughout the day. I would reccommend Buscom in a heart beat.
