I think this is a generally good company: the products are good as is the communication over these products. They send them out quickly. What I haven't been so impressed by is their handling of returns/refunds which could be much more customer-friendly. I was aware that the two items I bought were the last of their kind in stock. When I returned them (receipt confirmed by tracking info) they were immediately relisted confirming that my return had been inspected and was clearly deemed acceptable for resale and yet the refund was not processed with the same speed and conviction; I'm still waiting to hear from them about this! I really think that the priority should be to contact and confirm with the customer that the return has been accepted and is being processed FIRST and BEFORE relisting what is in effect the customer’s property until, that is, the return-refund has been confirmed!

Had a problem with a Jerven bag recently purchased. Sorted it with a replacement very quickly. Impressed. Will use again.

Great product selection of items not typically available in the UK, dispatched quickly, accepted and refunded a return immediately with no trouble. Flawless experience.

The Sundowner hat is really an absolutely great hat, so comfortable and light. I would recommend that you get the size lager than your measurement. I measured 59cm but it was a little tight, so staff at Bushgear exchanged it for the size up, 61cm NO PROBLEM and that fitted absolutely perfect.
The staff at Bushgear are the Very Best and so helpful. I RECOMMEND

Bought some Redback boots from Bushgear. They are great, really comfortable. Well worth getting and service and delivery by Bushgear is exemplary.

Great service - great product

Purchased a pair of Redback work boots about 12months ago and the transaction was made so simple. Not even looking elsewhere for future purchases.

I have used this company and think their products are good. Recently I contacted the company over an issue. They replied to my email promptly and were keen to give me advice. Selling things is a whole lot easier than backing that up with after sales service. So i give them full marks for getting back to me. I would certainly do business with them again on that basis alone.

Very pleased with my Bramah hat which is great for rain or shine. The postage was very efficient and reasonable

I've now had 2 pairs of Redback boots from Bushgear and I'm 100% happy with the boots and the service.
I've never had better or more comfortable boots in 40 years of building sites.

Bought an outside hikki bath from Bushgear , from the ordering to the delivery was 5 stars , especially as I live in the highlands . Very happy with the product and service .

Bought a hat for my wife's Christmas present - got the size wrong (twice) Bushgear's customer service was excellent and they exchanged the hat twice at no cost.

The hat itself is superb quality, looks fantastic and my wife says it is very comfortable and she is delighted with it.

Overall the shopping experience with Bushgear was superb. I only wish that all online purchasing experiences were as trouble free as this one was. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

This is the second pair of Bushgear boots I have bought the first pair were for my son who went on about them so much I bought myself a pair and I wasn’t disappointed they are supremely comfortable and the grip is great we work in building and landscaping

First rate service, easy and helpful with delivery when promised. Also I really like the Barmah hats which fit me perfectly, last for ages and are second to none in their quality

I have one of their kangaroo skin bush hats. It’s standing up to the test of time and I’ll no doubt buy from them again in the future. Delivery was quick and no problems at all with the hat.
