buying a mobility scooter

I can't believe the low rating this store has, maybe it varies shop to shop but my experience with the Cross Hands store was outstanding. From the moments we walked in we were made very welcome by the manager, everything was explained and we were encouraged to try several machines, we wanted the scooter for Christmas and they moved heaven and earth to get it to us. when we got the scooter home there was a small problem and the manager came herself to our home 37 miles away to deliver and fit the replacement part. So we had a Happy Christmas If I could score them 100 stars I would

My Grandmother purchased a brand new…

My Grandmother purchased a brand new stairlift in January 2025 for £2800, unfortunately she was taken into hospital in April & passed away. I contacted Bush to see if they would buy back the stairlift as it was only three months old which they were happy to do for £400. Totally insulting offer would be very careful dealing with them

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their website says they provide refunds, but they do not so they are in breach of their terms & conditions. Non-existent customer service; emails ignored and telephones not answered. Look at their entry on Companies House website. They are taking monstrous advantage of the disabled. There is more to say. I am consulting my lawyer about them.
