I recently needed to replace two…
I recently needed to replace two caravan tyres and honestly had no idea where to start. I called Bush Tyres and from the very beginning they were incredibly helpful and polite.
A member of staff called Harry really stood out. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me, especially as I’d never had to deal with caravan tyres before. He checked stock for the tyre size I needed and explained that although they had some available, the DOT code (manufacturing date) showed they were already two years old. Rather than fitting those, he insisted on ordering me a brand-new set manufactured this year, which I really appreciated.
I also learned that caravan tyres should generally be replaced every 5–7 years regardless of condition, something I didn’t know before.
Later that same day, Harry called to arrange for me to bring the caravan in the following day for fitting. I was a little nervous about towing the caravan into a tyre workshop, but he reassured me the yard was large with plenty of room to turn around, and he was absolutely right.
The fitting appointment was quick and stress-free — in and out within the hour. Harry also explained the DOT code system properly and advised me on the correct tyre pressures to keep the caravan at.
The price was very reasonable and I genuinely couldn’t fault the service. While I was there, I also saw two other customers come in with tyre pressure warning light issues, and both were treated with the same respect and had their problems sorted within minutes.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services. I arrived yesterday to learn I had a cracked alloy wheel, they offered no helpful solution. It seemed like an absolute nightmare to get this resolved. I went a mile down the road to North Lincs Tyres and all of a sudden there was a simple solution!

Always excellent customer service from my local branch, they had a waiting room full due to bad weather conditions when I turned up, they didnt flap one bit, the phones kept getting answered and the queue went down as quick as they could manage. A great team.

Always good prices, you get what you pay for, doesn't matter if you're in a Rolls Royce or a fiat panda you're treated the same, they work with a urgency but not rushing so the tyres are always fitted properly.

I went to Bush Tyres in Grimsby for 2 x new tyres. I booked online, when I arrived I was greeted and my car was being seen to straight away. Rapid tyre change
Had nail tear a tyre, called on way with wheel to check size in stock at Grimsby, arrived and within 10-minutes driving away, tyre changes, balanced and loaded into my car.... fast and very polite service.. couldn't ask for more...

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. As a woman on my own, I was made to feel comfortable from entering the reception. I was looked after by two great guys who engaged me in the process of repairing my exhaust. I was shown the problem and consulted on how I wished to proceed and given a clear estimate how much it would cost. I have used Bush tyres many times and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They even appreciated my live of Lewis Hamilton 😁. Many thanks again and sorry for the late review.
