Bush Tyres Horncastle are a brilliant company to have your tyres looked after. I have been coming here for about 30+ years and felt compelled to put a review on. A lot of people complain about poor service, but not so many complement great service. I have just had two new front tyres fitted. Done as I waited, there and then by Matthew. Always courteous and friendly. Always says what is needed, and as important, what is NOT needed, i.e. a front wheel alignment, as mine were fine. All in all terrific customer service and not bettered by any other tyre company.

Excellent all round. Staff were all brilliant - all four that i encountered! professional, friendly, and not mad3 to feel awkward like some places. Did a good job, timely, exactly what I needed, clear about the options, good price and held on to my dustcaps for me and replaced back when done which was nice!

The booking process was easy
The booking process was easy. I booked online, which gave me as much time as necessary to make an informed choice, based on clear explanations given about tyre sizes & types.
I booked & paid for my chosen tyres, booking date & time. There was no need to wait as my car was taken straight into the workshop, very shortly after arrival. 2 new tyres were fitted giving me time to sit in comfort with option of a warm drink. I read a short chapter of my book, and before I knew it, was on my way.

NEVER AGAIN! Bad company
I took my car in for 2 front tyres and tracking at the cost of £294.85 to have my car driving worse than before the job was done.. it's even put a warning light up on my dash.. this happened on a Saturday so now left with a car that doesn't drive right and this company couldn't care less 😒

Great service from knowledgeable and helpful staff. Got a flat tyre on a work trip so put the spare on and left the wheel with them to fit new tyre. Collected the next morning and decided to get a second fitted whilst I waited as it was a good price.

Same day fix
Vehicle dealer identified a punctured tyre at 1000 at a service but didn't have the rather unique fit. Bush Tyres ordered the item at 1100, had it delivered by 1345 and fittted by 1500 at a competitive price. 5* service!
