Life Saver
I had a popped tyre yesterday late afternoon in hull city centre. I was been told by several companies that I would have to wait until the following day or was quoted £350 as they only had the premium tyre - I suspect they sensed my panic and wanted to gain from this.
So in the end I rang my breakdown to get towed to Hi -Q on spring bank and so I rang to check my tyre was in stock. I was told it wasn’t and as time was ticking I went into complete panic mode that I wouldn’t get home that night ( I live 50 miles away and a parent). I completely broke down to JULIAN on the phone and he instantly told me not to worry, cancel my breakdown, he would source me a tyre from elsewhere and someone would be with me in half an hour. He followed through on this promise and someone was with me in 20 mins and was just as helpful (unfortunately didn’t get his name). Also the price was less than half of the silly quote above from another service.
For me this was a really distressing situation and I was so taken back by Julian’s help and act of kindness.
100 percent top notch service. Thank you!
