Scott saved the day ! Mum was driving back from hull city when her back tire popped, luckily scott passed by and helped plug and pump it up so we could get it parked back at home, wouldn’t take any money top gent.

Front tyre replacement
A couple of days later the tyre pressure light came on again after having the two front tyres replaced. I called the stoneferry branch i visited. Millie the branch manager was more than happy for me to bring my car back in for the wheel to be checked. The team found the issue and advised what was needed.

Got a free health check , didn’t inform me of a fault I already was aware of , a brake pad clip missing , yet they told me all my brakes were fine , when confronted , tried to explain to me this wasn’t an issue ( it is a very serious issue technically)

After being stranded desperate - Bush Tyres Mobile Service Saved the Day
Feeling stranded desperate & upset at the side of a busy road - the puncture was unrepairable & unable to drive to a safer place. I rang the mobile Bush Tyres service.
I was reassured that help was going to come & given a time frame - I was promised that I would get a call when help was on its way.
I was called & help came quicker than expected; I was reassured along the way, the fitter was a lovely man & eager to 'get me off this busy road'.
Julian who I spoke to several times was majorly keen to get help to me, to get the new tyre required fitted and for me to be safe an on my way again.
A* service again from Bush Tyres particularly the kindness and concern and professional swift service was hugely appreciated - Thankyou guys

Brilliant job done
After many months of seeing 5 different mechanics and spending hundreds of pounds trying to rectify a steering noise I went to bush tyres in hull , they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed my vehicle within 2 hours at a very reasonable price, what 5 other garages had failed to do they fixed my problem no time at all ,just wished I had gone to bush tyres earlier, would have saved me a lot of money and time .The staff at this branch were very respectful and polite would definitely recommend 100%

My car battery died
My car battery died, I had no way of collecting a battery, and did not know how to fit it, they did not have the one I needed in stock so went to beverley branch to collect one and on the way back came to my home and fitted the battery for me, ( I litterly live on the next street to the branch) the guys were so helpful, and I'm really grateful that they went the extra mile to help me, would recommend this branch 100%

Above and Beyond
Had gone in to diagnose a strange sound and smell on my work van. I’m self employed and Callum and his team didn’t give up until they found the fault, even taking it for a road test with me. They also diagnosed a knocking sound that I have noticed for years and other mechanics had failed to locate. They kept me up to date with all the progress. Feels and drives like a new van again. Bush management guys, look after Callum. He’s a great branch manger.
