Good but…
The team was great, tyres were sorted quickly.
However on the day I had arranged. My tyres hadn’t arrived, now I know this is a supply issue but my time was allocated as 1400hrs. So not only did I waste most of my morning and part of my afternoon waiting (I was with my child so couldn’t do much else), by the time myself and the manager had sorted the issue it was pointless doing anything else.
Like I say this is not an issue with the team at all. Just the supply.
And for just shy of £200 I’d expect my tyres ready.

Needed 4 x new tyres
Needed 4 x new tyres. Arrived about 8.30 and spoke to Simon the manager who was fantastic. Listened and gave good advice on what to purchase, did not have the ones in that I wanted so ordered them in for this afternoon and fitted them all by 5.30pm. Simon has outstanding customer service skills and a credit to the company. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and use again. Thank you.

They did what they could for a quick check on my front passenger tyre - found it shredded. Replaced tyre back out within 15 mins. Decent service that tbh.

I wasn't expecting them to have the battery in stock and thought they would have to order it in. The one they had was a different size but they rang round local agents and found one just down the road and were able to get it there and fit it in reasonable time. I attended the Louth branch and service was as expected excellent. I say as expected, I have used this particular branch for many years and never yet had cause for complaint. The staff may have changed several times but the standards have not.

Excellent service and very helpful. I originally purchased 4 new tyres online but the chaps recommended that I didn’t need 4, just replace the front tyres and repair the one with the nail in it. The other tyre was perfectly okay.

Earlier today I had to visit the Louth branch and I can honestly say the service was second to none.
