Bush Tyres, Silsby.
Needed 2 new front tyres for a Ssangyong, so not a common tyre. Within 4 hours the tyres were sourced and delivered to my local branch.
Once booked in tyres were changed by the most polite members of staff and I was back on the road.

Great Advice & Service
I booked the car in at Spilsby branch for 2 new tyres. The guys had a look and gave me some great advice, which saved me £150+ on this visit, and recommendations for the future. The work was swiftly done by professional people in a clean, tidy workshop. Can't fault them. I will be going back there next time.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! I mainly dealt with Keith, who was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Took my daughter to the park for half an hour or so and when I got back I had 4 new tyres, very fast service. My daughter was playing up while I was trying to get her in the car, a man named Jordan came over and asked if I needed help, or some sweets to bribe her with, which I thought was very kind of him. Will definately be going back when needed!

Lovely establishment
Popped in on a what seemed a busy Tuesday afternoon, Keith - lovely and polite individual, booked me in for tyres the following day, advised me on what brand would be safe & cost effective.
Jordan & the other lad ( apologises I forgot his name ) sorted my car out with two new front tyres within half an hour.
All in all, fantastic store, will not be using anywhere else in the future

Very disapppointed
We've been relying on Bush Tyres in Spilsby for well over 10 years. They've always been helpful and provided an exceptional quality service. EXCEPT for today.
For a while now we've had problems with tyre pressure. This morning the tyres were down PSI .5; .5; 1.5 and 2.5.
When my wife called in and asked the reception to look at all of the tyres, the guy was dismissive, disinterested and unhelpful. He said the low pressures were because of the weather. My wife had to insist that they look at the tyres in case there was any problem. Turns out that one of the tyres needed the valve replacing since it was faulty. The reception guy was appalling in his attitude to my wife. The information he gave was also inaccurate and potentially dangerous. The mechanics, however, were pleasant, helpful and were more than happy to check all the tyres and replace the faulty valve, despite being very busy.
I'm afraid the first guy's attitude was totally unacceptable and I doubt very much that we will be returning to Bush Tyres in the future.
