Incorrecta amount charged

We were charged 293,25 EUR for a 20 EUR ticket.

We bought a 20 EUR ticket for an event, but were shockingly charged 293,25 EUR instead. The app is confusing and clearly malfunctioned.

To make matters worse, there’s no direct way to contact customer support. No phone number, no live chat – just a broken system.

This is unacceptable and are still waiting for a solution

Scam!

You load money onto their app/card to use during the event. The remaining balance stays there but if you don’t remember to request a refund within a ridiculously short window, they just keep your money. No reminders, no transparency, nothing.

It’s a setup designed to make you forget, so they can pocket the leftover funds. Absolutely disgraceful!

Pure scam!!

Pure scam!!!

They give you card to upload money on it and to spend during the event. They give you all the confidence to transfer money to your account because you can will be refounded if you don’t spend it. The point is: you are refounded if you ask for it… you are refounded if you remember during the very tight and specific period!!!

This company should be investigated ASAP

What a bizarre and miserable payments…

What a bizarre and miserable payments experience.

You're supposed to top up money into their account in order to pay third parties for things sold at events. The system very visibly says there is a refunds option for unspent credit, which makes the user confident to top up enough money to cover any expenses. When at the end of the event you try to get the refund, you're surprised to learn that you can only actually submit the refunds request a few days later. If you remember to do that, you have to wait a few days for the refund. I overheard other people at the event I was at saying "this is so crappy, let's just buy more things to not have to deal with this refund process".

This is like reinventing the wheel but turning it into a square.
