Worthless...
Stupid system, nobody is able to help with verification.
I was adding company let`s say it is called "AB company" an IT company for ex and it is in some city called "Treecity" in "Some street 123" and google asks you if you didn`t accidentally make a mistake and if the company you adding is not just duplicate of company for example "ZY institution" that builds street lamps in city and street like 50 kilometers away from your original company...
So they want you to verify even though you have two more companies (immediately verified with letter BTW) and they want you to verify with some photos and videos on that place...
But that does not fckn work!!!!!
They couldn`t care less...

This is an awful company, no one is able to sort any issue, just hiring thousands of people on the customer service and no one is able to sort out any issue.
I believe if another strong company will show up on the market, they will be wiped in a second they just do all those issues because they are singing alone on the platform

They force people to use the new google…
They force people to use the new google dashboard, "business profile directly from Google Search and Maps" which is disgusting and not good. And prevent using the old dashboard which is very easy and accurate.

Awful customer service!!
Awful customer service!!! Two of my businesses were suspended after just updating the business hours. One of them was sorted but the other one not. The communication is just awful. The reason to suspend my business was suspicious activity.....Realy, for just updating your business hours? I asked several times for the exact reason but an answer was not given. They just refer me to a guide on their website. Of course, I complied with the guide! they asked me first for a photo of my business with a name board, on the next email they said it's not proof of business existing and I need to send a bill or official document with the business name on it. I wanted to raise a complaint but information about how to do so was not provided as well. I'm very disappointed!
