Escaping Switzerland

WE decided to leave Switzerland earlier than planned due to the Covid situation. We had tickets on Swiss Air and they wanted $4500.00 per ticket to change the departure day.
I wrote Business Class Air and received an immedite respone from Bianca Barese. She was GREAT. She gopt me exactly what we needed on the same Swiss Air flight for less than $2,000.00. She kept in touch with us throughout the process of getting our Covid test and we had no problems with the tickets at the airport.
Very rarely does everything go great, but Bianca made it perfect for us. We'll be buying more tickets with her help.

***FRAUD***

This is a follow-up to this company's response. They spent more time in response to my complaint trying to justify their misleading and horrible business practices with their consumers than actually helping their customers. I guess a lot of things are "LEGAL" but amoral. The bottom line is you might get a deal with this outfit before Covid and still, you are taking a chance but you would be crazy to use them now. So bravo businessclassair you screwed another customer and got away with it......legally.

What they do is use other people's miles or their corporate miles to book and the airlines don't like that and when they find out will do everything possible to make sure that the seat isn't available anymore. Then they surprisingly cancel your flight and when you try to rebook there are no seats available because the ticket was booked on the few days where the least amount of miles were used and after 60 days you can't do a chargeback on your card. Pretty clever.
I guess nothing is technically illegal but TRUST ME in these COVID TIMES just book your flight directly with the airlines. It's not worth it.
Maybe if things got back to normal these shady 3rd party booking agents could possibly work for domestic flights but international, no way.
They took me for $2200.

Thank you for your feedback. The travel agency does not cancel bookings without an explicit request from the customer to do so, nor would that benefit us in any way if we did. As for the chargeback, you did file one, and according to our records the bank closed it in merchant favour because all rules and industry practises were followed. We regret how things turned out, but the matter has been given every consideration and we are unable to provide the resolution you requested.

I have just purchased Business Class…

I have just purchased Business Class tickets with this company and found them extremely easy to deal with even though I made a few errors and had some credit card issues, Max Dawson was very patient with us. Thank you for all your help in putting our flights together. I will review the quality/ease of the flights on our return in July so watch this space.
Thank you again Max Dawson I really appreciate your time and commitment to getting us a good deal.

Chloe Abraham does not care abut…

Chloe Abraham does not care abut customer once she sells the ticket. I bought 4 tickets from her. I called 3 times sent e mails no return. Then, I called the main line to speak to manager, I had to answer multiple questions before having the manager on the phone, then I just hanged up. I will no longer do business with this company

Company is not being trutful. I bought 4 business class with seat assignment request.
I got seat assignments for trip to Turkey but still no seat assignment for trip to Egypt. My immediate calls and e mails did not have any answer. Suppose Chloe left for vacation when I called nobody was interested in helping me. Nobody cares to cover absent agent and the customer abandoned. No more buying ticket from this company. I am still waiting for my seat for our trip to Cairo, Egypt.

***FRAUD***

***FRAUD - Do not use them! Flights were cancelled to Indonesia and a phony voucher was issued that could supposedly be used at a future date. No one answers your emails, phone calls or helps service the voucher.

This happened bc I thought I could save money using them vs traditional airline or travel agent but ended up losing it all.

Do not use this company
I sent them over $3500 for round-trip ticket to London when the flights were canceled due to the pandemic they issued me a voucher promising to return my money after 12 months
After speaking to Virgin Atlantic and delta airlines come to find out they never paid for the tickets they use somebody’s air miles to secure the booking and never sent my money to the airlines so the airlines cannot refund my money
I would go on every social media site there is and let them know that these people are not using your money to buy your ticket they’re buying air miles from somebody and an investigation now it’s been opened up with Delta and virgin
And hopefully both airlines will no longer allow them to book their tickets I’m still waiting for a response before I move forward with attorneys it’s not the money anymore it’s the point

Worst experience. Do NOT use.

This was the worst experience of my life. Luke Gordon is incredibly deceitful. I was told that my ticket protection would rebook me for free on cancelled flights and that wasn’t the case, instead I had to pay thousands more. While you think you’re getting a good deal on business class fares, you end up paying more should ANYTHING go wrong with your itinerary. It is simply better to book with an airline or a more credible third party whose reliable and you can count on.

This company is in the process of being sued for their misleading information.

Thank you for your review. The Ticket Protection does cover certain change fees, however the fare difference that constituted the bulk of your charges is not a fee and does not fall into the same category, as your agent thoroughly explained.

Unexpectedly Good!

I was served by Daniel Ferrari from Business Class Air - he was diligent, responsiveness spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to find my multi city flight. It was significantly cheaper than the alternatives I could find on flight comparison sites, with the added advantage of having a human to contact in case of changes (which are incredibly likely in the current climate!) Cant recommend highly enough so far!
