The first class seats on Air France were amazing and at a great price. We will definitely use BCC again.

Fernando Laviada straight out lied to us about the price and availability of our airline tickets. Despite promises, our tickets never arrived and he had insisted we cancel our booking with Skyluxe in order for him to have our tickets issued. We went ahead and cancelled with Skyluxe and NEVER HEARD BACK from Fernando Laviada.Despite his assurances, we found out that the price he offered NEVER EXISTED! Meanwhile we lost actual opportunities with legitimate consolidators like SKYLUXE to purchase tickets before prices began to rise. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY-- THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE!!

I have never booked through an online service so I decided to see how it worked. I'm so happy we found BCC! I threw several options at Julz, our travel coordinator. There were 4 of us traveling to Thailand. As you can imagine, everyone in our group had parameters-from departure airport, to time of departure/arrival, to length of layovers. Julz was super patient and responsive, and gave us many options to choose from. We settled on the flights and accommodations that suited everyone in our party. We will definitely choose BCC for future travel. With a complicated itinerary, it's really better than googling and price checking dozens of flight options. Saved us a lot of time and money. 🫰🏼

Sofia Trehub at BCC provides great service to her clients. She has helped me with several trips. Recently, I was in China and became seriously ill. I had to cut my trip short and return home urgently. All of this happened over a weekend and several time zones. Ms. Trehub went above and beyond to help me get back. I don’t even think that she was on duty but she was able to quickly find me a way home. I was in excruciating pain and Ms. Trehub’s help meant a lot to me. She made me feel like I was not alone in this terrible situation.

The long and short of it, you can get cheaper tickets with better flights on your own. I was made promises that were not kept. Sayuri kept telling me things that were not true. I asked her to change my flights because the one she booked was not what I wanted. Plus, they were three separate tickets! I gave her the flight information I wanted and she said it wasn’t available anymore. It clearly showed on the Internet that the flights were available for purchase. The airlines told me there were plenty of tickets available at that price. She told me that United Airlines refused to change my ticket or give a refund. When I talked to United, they said that was not true. She could change or refund the tickets. Then the airline changed one of my flights by an entire day so we would miss connecting flights. I asked to have the ticket canceled. She told me yes. It took a VERY long time so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The $7,400 was finally refunded to me by the credit card company. Then I asked BCC for the $650 back that I paid to procure tickets for me. I had given them over $8000 for tickets yet ended up with no tickets through no fault of mine. They told me multiple times they would not refund the money. I disputed the charge on my credit card. Then BCC finally agreed to mail me a check if I cancelled the credit card dispute. I agreed and was told the check would be mailed to me. I contacted the company for six weeks and they told me the check had been mailed, the check was in processing, and a series of other excuses. I was told multiple times that the check was on its way to me or would be on its way to me. It never did arrive. I was persistent and they finally credited my credit card. In the end, I got my money back due to my diligence and HOURS of my time. The amount of time I had to expend resolving an issue that was pretty cut and dry was ludicrous. Just one excuse after the other. Steer clear.

I lost my travel refund credits from Frankfurt, Germany (FRA) back to Washington DC (IAD). I was told different stories about how I can use my credits. I could have very well used it if the story did not keep on changing. This flight cancellation happened sometime February 2024 when there was a strike at Frankfurt airport.

I REALLY ENJOY THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY ANASTASIA MOORE. SHE IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL.

BCConsolidator did an awesome job in helping us put together a perfect multi-city itinerary between Ft. Lauderdale and Australia; providing various pricing options involving a combination of Business, Economy and Premium Economy alternatives. Long story short, BCConsolidator got us a great deal, flying Business class the whole way.
