Excellent guidance and service by Manuel. Everything on our trip went without a hitch and I was pleased with the price that Manuel was able to get.

This was the second time that I have consulted Lisa for help with my travel. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel my trip. Fortunately, I took advantage of the cancel for any reason insurance. Lisa made it very easy to accomplish the task. I can't say enough about both Lisa and Tiffany for their help with my travel needs.

My BCC agent remembers my flight preferences and works quickly to find the best offers. When issues arise, she works quickly to get them resolved. We love the rapport we have been able to create with her for effective planning.

This was my first experience with BCC and it won't be my last. I worked with Damian Braun, who was totally professional, very flexible and patient. We were in the early stages of planning our trip and kept changing the itinerary. Damian was non-plussed and offered good suggestions and options for us. I just completed a trip to Vietnam that was totally arranged by Anastasia Moore with BCC. From the beginning, Anastasia was patient and assured me how much better this trip was going to be on Qatar vs. my previous trips on another airline. She totally nailed it. Anastasia did an incredible job for us. She was always responsive and attentive to what we needed. She worked out all the details for our flights and found flights that fit our needs, whether it was how many changes we were comfortable with, what cities we traveled through, layovers, seating assignments and a host of thoughtful practical aspects of our trip. She was also sensitive to the cost of the trip and took the initiative to find alternative flights that cost us less for the same class of service and allowed us to stay an extra day.
