This is the first time my husband and I have used Business Class International and found them to be very professional and helpful.
Stephen Langton found us the best flights to suit our needs and followed up very quickly with confirmation and again with the E-tickets. Completely hassle free and we have a point of contact with Stephen if we have any questions.

Steve was so helpful offering an easier route for our journey that we hadn't considered and saving us a considerable amount of money on the process. I always received a prompt response to emails and calls and when i asked for changes to be made to our itinerary they were made quickly and without fuss. Have access to cheaper business class flights than available anywhere else. Definitely a good choice given the short notice of my trip.

Jack Pembroke was amazing, we first contacted him in September 18, we discussed our requirements and the flights were not available, he said it would probably be in the new year and he would get back to us when they were. True to his word not having been in touch in the meantime he came back to us, matched our requirements exactly and within 2 days we were booked. We are totally happy and cannot thank BCI and Jack enough. Also when we rang whoever answered they were equally polite and helpful.
