We were originally told that the settlements would average around 50%. Most ended up settling for the amount we owed or very close to it. I am not convinced we actually saved any money at all.

Our account rep, Geonec, is the best! She goes above and beyond to help and is always readily available. This has been a lifesaver for us and has helped us get out of our MCA (SHARK!) loans without half the headache!

Not only did Victor and Kim settle my outstanding MCA loans, they also settled some debt that was in collection due to the cash flow shortage caused by the MCA daily and weekly payments. The MCA sharks soaked up all my cash and I had nothing left to pay my vendors! This is an excellent service and if you are in trouble with the MCA crowd, give Victor a call!

Having horrible experience with personal debt settlement. BDA has been the opposite. Extremely responsive. They are with you the entire way from sign up to payoff.
