I had a great experience with James and the team that helped me. He answered all the questions I had and made the process easy.

Usually people that need this service are in a really bad spot. They are usually afraid of needing to close their business down because of where they are at. I feel like this company prays on that. They told me to stop payments when I had never missed a payment and made promises to get thing done before it would cause issues for my accounts. They assured me they had worked with these creditors before and knew how they worked. Once I signed up with them nothing went as planned. They took there money first and had all kinds of additional fees. They took so long contacting my creditors that a lawsuit was filed.

I am not going to say their service would not work for some. What I will say is please take your time to analyze everything before signing. Don't make a rash decision. My debt was rearranged but now I owe about $11000.00 more because of this choice.

Just be careful.

Additional note.... After I spoke to the person on my account they actually charge 30% of the amount you owed and it is not clearly stated. I was told the following "With all due respect, nothing was hidden from you so just because you might have not read the contract before signing it, is not our fault" I did read my contract and I asked questions about this part of the contract he is referring to and was told that it was all part of the one fee not an additional fee.

Again Be Very Very Careful. I pay my bills and I pay them on time I just needed help and now I am $22000.00 more in debt.

I have also asked for copies of all of my negotiations and details about my account, such as the recorded calls and have not received them. I was warned that if I didn't take this message down they would have to give details about my account. I had no legal action taken against me before starting with this company and was in fact told to stop payment on my accounts, which caused a lot of problems.

I have a concern about Trustpilot as well. I was asked repeatedly and even somewhat threaten to take my review down. How is the rating of this company accurate if they intimidate people to remove reviews?

Adam Bowers is the gentleman with whom I am working. He is thorough, patient and understanding and thus far I am very very pleased with the plan to reduce my debt.
I am anxious to see how we can resolve my debt in a timely manner such that I can continue to run my business.

We had a situation arise that required immediate, and expert attention!!! From the 1st moment we dealt with Gonenc, AKA "G", she calmed our fears, and promised us a quick resolution!! I called the Company multiple times every hour, for 2 weeks on end, and they answered the phone EVERY TIME and helped me to understand the process, and every step we would take along the way!! "G" was like a guardian angel for my Wife, and myself!! She was prompt, courteous, professional but most of all compassionate!!! The level of service I received from her was exceptional, you cant go wrong with Business Debt Adjusters and "G"!! I truly felt like I was speaking with a friend every single time we spoke( which was a lot)--- They solved our issue in a complex situation with ease, and had a payment plan in place within 10 business days!!! Tony W. was our negotiator, and he did an absolutely amazing job as well!!! Tony was a reassuring and calm influence during turbulent times for me and my businesses!!! We have been in Business over 20 years, and can look forward to 20 more thanks to the Team in place here!!! Thank you all SO MUCH for everything you did to help us!!!!!!

If you have a chance to work with Business Debt Adjusters, as a business owner, you'lll feel at peace knowing the business-debt accumulated will one day be off-set. This company works to make you feel at ease AND they try all possibilities to help you save.

I thought that there was no light at the end of the tunnel and then I spoke to Paul at business debt adjusters and realized that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Paul walked me through every step of the process, he helped me understand what was going on, the good and the bad and then on top of that he worked with me on the smallest of questions no matter what, txt, email and call he was available and helpful and supportive. It is never an easy thing to fix problems but having a group of people who have your back and work with you even when it seems impossible to get through the hard time is such a huge help I cannot even begin to describe the gratitude I have. If you are struggling, if you don’t know where to turn, let these folks help you I promise you won’t regret it.

If you are in a bind with large weekly payments they will do exactly as the said they would and negotiate lower payments for you. helped me out considerably. Would definitely recommend.
