Great service until you’ve paid Then no reply to emails and fob off on phone. I was due £250 refund due to change of inbound airport. Never happened. Beware when booking with them.

First time using this service so wasn't sure want to expect. Services exceeded my expectations. Kate dealt with my case and secured a great to deal from London to Brisbane including return flights from NZ, business class all the way for less 4k. All staff were responsive, listen to my needs and adopted which is exactly what I need for my business requirements. Really professional services end to end.

Sadly I was let down by these guys and they never came good.
I asked for quotes for a family uk to Dubai and was offered a great price- to secure it I needed to pay £500 immediately on the call (via online link sent via message)
At no point was I sent terms or told that this was non refundable.

I paid. Then my dates changed. This part isn’t their fault, however unable to secure a good price for my new dates it was significantly cheaper to book direct with the airline - that’s fine - however upon asking for a refund I was told it was a non refundable deposit.

This is actually a breach of the consumer goods act - no service was supplied, no communication via email, SMS or verbally prior to paying. Upon escalating to the most senior manager I could find I was then sent the terms eg “read the small print we didn’t send you and you’ll see it’s non refundable”

The best I could get them to offer me was to use it against a future flight… great or so I thought. But now every time we ask for a quote they quote us much higher than the airline. Like what’s the point of your entire business model if that all you can ever offer.

As such these guys still owe me and I see no way to get it back.

If I was told ahead of time I’d accept the loss but the point is I wasn’t.

When you need these guys because plans changed suddenly they seem much more interested in keeping a few quid than delivering 5 star service.

Ridiculous really when you consider i spend multiple 5 digits per year on flights and they’ll never get my business again.

This is the first time in many years I have used an agency to book flights and the experience has been well worth the trust. Jerin was extremely efficient in helping to sort out flights from the variety available which suited my circumstances and just as polite. Assistance with questions was first class throughout.
Now at the end of my holiday, disaster, when one flight was cancelled by the airline hours before departure and they seemed unable and unavailable to sort it out. Contacting Business Flight Shop again, they stepped in, and Jane spent hours sorting out an acceptable solution to my needs due to my age and mobility. The professionalism and curtesy of the staff is exceptional. Thank you all.

Rose( Staff) was very helpful and very supportive during the process of getting the tickets, her customer service level is exceptional and she is very knowledgeable( in my opinion)about how to handle issues.
I will always recommend her services to anyone who needs assistance when booking a flight, I was just amazed how she did it.She deserves 20 stars instead of 5 stars to be honest.

We used them to book our Business Class tickets from London to Brisbane return. I was very hesitant at first but Ben and Jessica gave me different options of airlines and flights. We went with the monthly instalments. Tickets were issued less than 24hrs after final payment. Communication was excellent ,and we even got a call of our departure reminding us of travel arrangements . Would definitely recommend.

Jennifer, who dealt with my booking was so efficient, polite and I must say fully experience what she was doing.

My experience of all the staff I dealt with was fantastic. Both the agents I worked with were fantastic. Rachel perservered with me and was helpful and efficient. Roy also was sympathetic to my needs and my obvious frailities on computers. Well done everyone.

Edi was superb. He went over and beyond to secure good flights, carrier and layover time for our trip to NZ. He put up with my demands and eventually we got the flights booked. Thank you Edi. Also it was nice to receive a call from Sara to confirm spelling of our names, flight times and airline.

Excellent Service

Nothing was a bother in fact Kate and Mark got the idea of our travel plane in an instant and went that bit further to find a much better flight and at a cheaper price. Those guys Rock.

Super helpful. Reasonable prices. In the age of bots and websites it was great to have a real person (Jenifer) to help. Especially in these weird times of flight paths and wars etc. the personal touch is underrated these days.

Paul went above and beyond finding us flights which suited us in price, the airline which suited us and in timing.

Paul and the rest of the team have been amazing. My original flights from the UK to Australia with a Middle East airline were cancelled due to the conflict in the ME. Paul was able to find alternative business class flights with good connection times. The return flight presented a slight issue but the team came up with a solution to that too! Paul and the team went above and beyond anything I had experienced before and I can't recommend them highly enough. A very grateful and satisfied customer.

Great service initially from Roy showing us options for travelling from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Brisbane. Roy and Mark worked tirelessly to offer us alternative routes to avoid the Middle East. Now flying through Guangzhou- can’t wait👍
