Business Growth Club is fantastic for helping you realise where your weaknesses are in your business and you as the owner.
By going through the online work books you can identify areas that need working on. Solutions/ideas for this come from the work books.
For my business it has become an essential tool to help manage time, staff and clients.

Invaluable advice, support and much more I have gained from being a member of the Business Growth Club (BGC). My business was stuck in a rut for years until I met Neil, now I am ore focussed and am armed to the nails with the resources of the BGC, which not only includes Neil but also the members and the team behind the scenes.

I joined the business club 3 years ago …
I joined the business club 3 years ago as a single-man IT supporting home users and micro-businesses.
Within 1 year I had taken another member of staff, doubled my turnover and increased by 1/3 my profits.
My company VMit is now supporting SMEs and we have just recruited an IT manager to develop a 1st line support team under his responsibility.
However, the biggest change has been my ability to delegate to the team I have put in place and take 4 full weeks of holidays this year :).

I've learnt so much…
I've learnt so much by following the guidance of Business Growth Club. The resources, workbooks and videos are fantastic.
None of the strategies recommended cost much (if anything) to implement and the benefits have been huge for my business. As I'm able to put more of the advice in to action, I'm 100% confident I'll see a substantial improvement.
R.O.I. on membership is truly exceptional, a brilliant investment.
The best thing though is that you can work the learning around your schedule, something that can't be undervalued for busy owners.
