The service is designed for people who need clear business legal advice without unnecessary complexity, including start-up planning, contract and document drafting, negotiation support, ADR, Employment Tribunal matters, civil case preparation and general business dispute support. We provide legal advice for business owners who need help understanding risk, preparing documents, dealing with unpaid invoices, reviewing contracts, handling contractor or employment-status issues, responding to disputes, or putting better legal procedures in place. Our work is practical and commercially focused, helping businesses prevent problems where possible and respond properly when issues arise. Business Legal Advice also offers free initial advice so business owners can understand their likely options before deciding what support they need. This can be useful for small businesses and start-ups that need legal advice for business matters but may not yet be ready to instruct a traditional firm of solicitors. Unpaid invoice recovery

My brother and I were not paid for the last job; the contractor told us the unpaid invoice was actually a payless notice. They did not tell us this until we asked for the unpaid invoice to be paid. William contacted the contractor on our behalf and resolved the issue, we were paid the following week. It was not the first time, it often happens that when they need you, everything is fine and with the last invoice they might try not to pay. I do recommend Business legal advice and specifically William.

Unpaid invoice recovery

Im absolutely happy with the unpaid invoice recovery work done for me by William.I asked for unpaid invoice recovery because the contractor did not pay me for the last fix. They told me I did not do my work correctly, and the costs of redoing my work were greater than my unpaid invoice. I have been in talks with them for a few months waiting for payment without effect. I then passed the matter to William and it was resolved within 7 days , so I’m very happy.

Excellent ongoing legal support for my accountancy practice and clients

I am writing this review as Amega Accountancy. William Slivinsky from Business Legal Advice has supported both my clients and my accountancy practice for several years.
His advice has always been clear, practical and focused on real business situations. I have been able to recommend him to clients who needed legal support with business, employment or dispute-related matters, and the feedback has always been positive.

What I value most is that William takes time to understand the issue properly and explains the available options in a straightforward way. His support is professional, reliable and commercially sensible.

I would happily recommend Business Legal Advice to small businesses, company directors and professionals who need ongoing legal support they can trust.

I had a long and difficult case that lasted almost two years. I was treated as self-employed under CIS, and the other side had four witnesses, but with Mr Slivinsky’s help my limb (b) worker status was established. I first received free business legal advice during the consultation, and the support after that was clear, practical and honest. I am very grateful for the work done on my case and I would recommend Business Legal Advice to others.
