Excellent Service
The customer service was great. I dealt with Coatesworth and he didn't promis anything but, great service and fast service and I can say he delivered on it. Just be Careful
They have really good customer service. Staff DJ was my account manager and he was great. However, I noticed when I signed up I immediately started getting spam calls about “loan approvals” off the hook. They also do business with a predatory lender who issued me a “Merchant Cash Advance” but debited my account for more than promised and told me “there was no APR.” I lost a lot of respect for this company after having a horrible experience with one of its lenders who I considered to be predatory.

I’m being generous with the stars because I had one good experience and one terrible experience - both stemmed from businessloans.com with their lender “Forward Financing.” I would strongly advise anyone signing anything with this group of folks THOROUGHLY READ and REALLY UNDERSTAND what you are signing before it’s too late, like me.
