Flexible and client oriented

What I like about this place (3rd project so far) is their flexibility and ease to deal with. They are client oriented. That's what brought me back to them more than once

Quality of work and customer experience is second to none.

Businesslogo.net was exceptional to work with and delivered amazing results. My logo was exactly what I was looking for and the consultants and Businesslogo.net worked with me until I was completely satisfied. The same goes for my company website. Was delivered on time and the consultants worked with me until I was completely satisfied. I would recommend the services of Businesslogo.net to anyone.

Great Logo - Excellent Collaboration

We chose the Professional Package with 6 designs to start. The first designs allowed us to play with concepts and colors. Our team built upon one of these concepts and the Business Logo team quickly incorporated these additional ideas into our final logo. A few more iterations to finalize colors and fonts and our new logo and stationary was ready to go.

Good at first, then creativity declines

Went with unlimited revisions for our logo. In nutshell:

The Good:

- Value for money
- Good enough design
- Quick delivery
- no arguing and lots of back and forth

The Bad:

- Initial batch of six designs had some good and some bad. Nothing exceptionally creative.
- Once we selected a design, made final payment and went to alterations, creativity seemed to diminish. I got some alterations that are nothing more than size adjustment. I expect creativity from the designer all the way.

Nutshell: Good value for money. It will get you going, but not if you're a perfectionist and looking for something very special. You will have to push them in revisions stage to get them to be more creative.

Thank you for your comments. As for your experience, this is actually how the process works. As you have said, in the initial designs, some were good, and some were bad. The key to all projects, is a partnership between the client and the designer. This partnership is important, because it allows for communication to be had. The better we understand your needs, and tastes, the better we can closely execute our design ideas.

As we say, the creativity, is actually most present, in the initial ideas. As you know, your package had a set number of concepts, and all were supposed to be different. Some may have been "outside the box" and that too is normal. What we never claim, is that a client will love all the concepts. This would require mind reading skills that exceed the scope of our abilities. Even the best baseball player doesn't hit a home run every time they are at bat. That is not what the design concepts are intended to do either. They are intended to help you find a starting point, and to your admission, some did that, and some did not. This is normal, in any design project, or any creative one, for that matter.

Once we found that starting place, we entered into the revisions stage. This is not a place of further creativity, but where you become more involved, to direct us how you want that design changed. The "creative" ideas were in the beginning. It is not perpetual.

The focus shifts now into fine tuning that one design, to continue to make more new creative ideas. We look to you, to tell us what changes you like, and our creative side, is then put to work to present those in the most aesthetic means possible. That is why the revision process is for an UNLIMITED amount of times. We take that design, and we change it, until it is just right. What you described is exactly how it happens. There is no pushing involved; I assure you that you did not "push" us. This is how the design process works. You mentioned that you are a perfectionist. We welcome perfectionists, and having unlimited revisions, allows a person such as yourself to fine tune and refine the strongest design to its completion point.

I am glad that you posted this review as, hopefully others can understand how the process is supposed to work, and will be able to attend their expectations accordingly if they are considering working with us. Understanding the natural process, and being willing to be cooperative, allows us together to achieve the greatest success. The word creative, is a very subjective term, and I assure you that, even though we are not experts at your business, or your tastes in design, we have done this nearly 10,000 times across all facets of business, for all clients tastes, genres, and niches, and the process remains the same. When you understand it and embrace it and participate in it, you'll experience the most positive outcomes.

Again, thank you so much for your review. I hope this response helps further educate anyone reading this, as to how the design process works.

Best,
