I’ve worked with BSS for 3 years, and I can honestly say they are like no other recruitment service out there. Ben & Mark, honestly go above and beyond what they should do, and on a personal note, have supported me in my lowest of times.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, and they don’t just dump you in contracts that aren’t a good fit. If you’re looking to make the move into contracting, then you won’t regret it, with BSS in your corner.

WOW, I've just secured my first assignment with Business Smart Solutions. I can't praise Team BSS enough. Their response from initial contact to securing an assignment is lightening fast. The turnaround time on necessary paperwork is excellent , with all support if required. The whole team is easily accessible and show a genuine desire to match you with the correct role as your skill base. Their website is up to date , so if a vacancy is advertised, you know the post is available. Their knowledge and contacts within the sector are extensive, which all adds to the positive experience. Ben alongside Julia were great from day one. An absolute must for all who are wanting to get back into work or looking for a 10/10 recruitment agency. I had a career break and was very nervous getting back into full time work whilst managing my young family. They found me my perfect fit. I attended a two day training course on HB subsidy, specifically to complete the workbooks. The training was tailored to our needs and I certainly learnt a lot.

BSS provided my local authority with Subsidy Workbook training and I have to say the training was brilliant. It covered everything that we needed it to and more. Zoe was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Ben was very accommodating with arranging the session. Would highly recommend.

I signed up with BSS in the Summer on a part time basis and the whole experience so far has been brilliant. Ben and Mark have been incredibly helpful from supplying a laptop, getting set up, answering questions and most importantly providing such a caring and understanding approach. Ben has always been so open and honest and very easy to communicate with. The little things that BSS do to reward their staff is very much appreciated. I have nothing but praise for BSS. I was a bit wary about going into contracting but 10 months into working with BSS i really wish i had done it years ago. I have worked for BSS for over a year now and I can honestly say they are the best company I've worked for. Not only are they really quick at resolving problems and queries, but they are really compassionate and caring people who actually care about the people they work with. BSS have provided offsite resources to ensure my authority maintains top quartile DWP measured performance. I have used other offsite third party support and they did not come close to matching the professionalism and accuracy of BSS provided contractors

The two key factors that set BSS apart is, firstly, they know their market and have direct experience working within the sector. So many other recruiters specialise in recruitment but they don't understand revs or bens which causes problems with staff and councils. Secondly they actually look after their staff! Prior to joining BSS I had the misfortune of getting ripped off by another agency who took a 50% cut of my rate. BSS were transparent from the start and have helped me develop my career.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ben and his team and they truly deserve all their recent success. Long may it continue and I can safely say I'll be along for the ride.
