Buss-pepper is a term used when a whole scotch bonnet chilli (pepper) bursts (buss) in a pot of stew or curry, this makes the dish fiery hot and extremely tasty; some even do it on purpose. Busspepper is Caribbean flavour at its purest! Delicious and well packaged!
Received food quickly and it was well packaged in an insulated box. The food came in small containers with instructions for reheating. I ordered paratha roti, stew chicken, pumpkin and curry chicken and they were all delicious, exactly as it tastes at home in Trinidad. I will definitely be ordering again.
The only things that I think may be improved are:
1)The delivery box did not have any ice packs and I would have preferred if it did, but the food was still completely frozen.
2) There’s usually only the larger portions available on the website so it would be really great if the smaller portions are made available.
All in all I’m so happy that there’s such a great Trini food place I can order from here in London !

Amazing food! An absolute must!
Amazing food, so fresh tasting and the quality of the ingredients is amazingly. Delivery time was great and the selection for vegans/vegetarians is really good.
