Junk product and horribly customer service

We are sorry to see you have left us this review.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund against a product which has been installed and subsequently damaged. If you were unsatisfied with the product on arrival we would have happily refunded the cost on receipt.

Love the look of the product but both my dimmer switch and toggle switch stopped working after one year . My wife and I are not hard on the product so it is very disappointing that they stoped working . The service person Wes extremely helpful getting the toggle switch replaced but when the dimmer switch also went treat us where my problems started with the ordering and delivery of these items

I had these professionally installed by an electrician. They have been a HUGE disappointment. They simply do not work. When you push the dimmer knob, the lights do not turn on or off. I have to take the knob off to shut off the lights. Please let me I know how I can return them for a full refund. Unfortunately I will still be out the $400 I spent having them installed.

I love the look of B+P but I dislike installing their dimmers immensely. They decided to re-invent the wheel with these dimmers and A) they’re bigger than most dimmers and you’ll be struggling to make them fit in the box and B) the locks for the wires are super small and horrible to work with and the wires keep falling out making it a hazard. I wish the electrical side of their product was more standard. Looks cool tho. So at least there’s that. Oh and none of their products look right if you don’t have a perfectly flat wall. It’s not great with Spanish knive/knockdown/orange peel. You’ll end up seeing gaps because the standard cheap plastic covers in homes bend to hide all that, these don’t. So it’ll end up floating above the texture on your wall unless it’s a perfectly flat surface. Not for every style or wall. You might have to sand down the area to make it sit flat.

When it comes to the look of our electricity line on the surface, our B+P dimmers are specifically designed to have a slight raised edge to them. They naturally don't sit completely flush against the wall. That gives them the multi-dimensional look that differs from other outlets on the market.
Apologies for having issues installing the dimmers. We continuously try to improve -- we recently added installation videos on almost every product page on the website.
