Buster + Punch is a London-born solid metal design label, founded in 2012 in a garage in East London by Massimo Minale. It started with a simple frustration - the door handles, switches and light fittings on the market at the time were dull, disposable, and built to be forgotten. Buster + Punch set out to make the opposite: hardware and lighting with weight, presence and attitude, built from real materials rather than plated or moulded substitutes.
Today the brand ships worldwide through four regional stores covering the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. The collection spans cabinet and door hardware, dimmers, switches and sockets, and lighting - from single pendants to full chandeliers - alongside a smaller range of furniture, home accessories and jewellery. Every piece is designed in-house and finished in solid brass, steel or smoked bronze, chosen because these materials age with a home rather than degrade against it.
The design language draws on London's fashion, music and subculture scenes as much as it does on traditional hardware manufacturing, and Buster + Punch regularly collaborates with street artists, bike builders and musicians on limited pieces. We ship internationally to customers in over 180 countries. Customer service has been very…accomodating
Customer service has been very accomodating with replacing defected products. I have several Buster and Punch products installed throughout my house. And I am very satisfied with them. Unfortunately 2 toggle light switches broke off last year and just today another one broke off. On both occassions customer service responded immediately to my requests with replacement orders. Needless to say I am very impressed and still a very happy customer. Still enjoying all the lamps, the swithes and door handles each day.

There is clearly room for improvement
Everything worked as expected, except for two things: returning one of the items was expensive, and it was unclear when ordering that the switches were designed for UK installations and did not comply with European standards. These are issues that should be fairly easy to improve if customer satisfaction is genuinely a priority.
Update: One day after this review Buster+Punch phoned me up and not only solved my problem but also came up with a lovely solution. Many thanks for this. And with this I will have to say my initial title "There is room for improvement" should be changed to "A very happy customer". Great job!

I LOVE the design but the design has no…
I LOVE the design but the design has no functionality if it can’t be used. The mounting points were too tall for standard sized wallboxes in U.S. homes. This should be disclosed before buying. I purchased a suite of outlets and switches only to find out they are designed for standard UK wallboxes. If you’re lucky and have a custom home in the U.S. with taller wallboxes you’re fine. But that’s 5% of the total homes here. For the rest of us, there needs to be a secondary size option so these marvelous designs can be installed without tearing out the drywall. When you improve that, I’ll give you 5 stars ⭐️
I ended up having to ship each order back, spending over $200 in shipping costs. That’s wasted money i’ll never get back.

Denver luxury custom home builder loves B+P swiches
As a luxury custom home builder, we love the unique look and feel of the B+P switches. I ordered a tap which arrived quickly, sadly not the right colour for my new kitchen.
It’s cost £21 to return via post office, this has put me off ordering again as it’s crazy amount of money.
