I really should learn to read these reviews before submitting my details to companies. Anyway, I did and ended up with a very impatient and pressurised sales call from one of their brokers. Since they record phone calls the company are more than welcome to contact me in order to use my recording for training on how NOT to speak to potential customers. Unbelievable is one word for it.

Absolute scam, getting a quote is a big data scrape and all of a sudden spam calls every day at least 8 from all sorts of alleged companies from tax returns to claim for ppi - disgrace.

Continual nuisance calls from this company. They will not get the message that I don’t want anything to do with them. Is there a way to report them?

I filled in a form to enquire about prices for income protection and I have received over 10+ calls some within 2 hours of each other. It's still ongoing. I was interested in switching my life insurance provider from legal and general but after this, it has completely put me off. They clearly have no respect for their customers privacy and the selling of insurance Is clearly commission based which leads me to believe they don't have your best interests at heart. Avoid at all costs and definitely do not fill in an inquiry form.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I filled in the online form where they took my email and phone number and have then had 7 spam calls in 2 days. I work in a hospital and am in meetings all day long and cannot be on my phone so I cannot pick up. I answered the last call on day one due to persistent calling and requested for email contact instead explaining that I work 9-5 core hours and then overtime well into the evening but the man who called was insistent that it could only be via call and kept insisting on talking although I explained I had a meeting due to start in just 5 minutes. I then said I was no longer interested as clearly this service would not suit me as I have also contacted different providers who have very kindly accommodated email communication from the get-go.

Day 2 they started calling again and as I have ignored they called from a private number which I answered thinking it was my GP who usually rings private. The man asked if I was off work and I explained again that I am in work, will be in work till 5 and have overtime and again was due to start a meeting in a minute or two, he started speaking again but I had to cut him off to join the meeting so AGAIN I said I was not interested and hung up.

Nothing but a nuisance.

Brilliant, cannot fault them. Very professional and polite, they went over everything as I wasn’t sure how it all worked. They were not pushy at all. I would 100% recommend them.

Filled out their online form out of curiosity to get a quote for life insurance (expected an email as most companies do) a few days ago. Ever since I have had at LEAST 5 spam phone calls everyday. Do not give this company your phone number! They will never leave you alone. Lesson learned.

Went on to the Busy Bee website to have a look for life insurance, input some of my details and was called back, I advised them that I wasn’t available and that I would contact them when I was free. I have since been called 12 times in 3 days, and I have advised them to stop contacting me, but they continue to do so from different numbers, or they call with no caller ID.

I enquired and then I changed my mind.

I answered one of the many phone calls from them and informed their advisor that I was no longer interested. Despite asking to be removed from the list, they still keep calling me.

I had to answer a call from a private number today as I was expecting a call from my GP. Despite telling the advisor that I was no longer interested, and that I shouldn't be on their list, they still tried making a sale.

It seems that the selling tactics of this company are to harass you until you give in, so they obviously don't have anyone's best interests at heart.

Avoid!

I would like my details removing. Since Monday I’ve had 17 calls. I have been called off different landlines & mobiles which I have blocked. I am now being called off withheld. I have gone elsewhere & I am glad. Vultures.

What a waste of time. Enquired on their website, selected to have a scheduled call as we are busy with work and childcare so was good to know when to expect the call. Despite scheduling a call for the following evening i got a call in the middle of the day, which i paused a zoom meeting for worrying it was about my little boy as he was in childcare, the advisor was apologetic when i told him we had a scheduled call. The scheduled call never came, we didn't hear anything at the time i had selected and received confirmation of. Then the next day i get another random call at an inconvenient time which i did not pick up as i was with my little boy, off the back of this i received a text to say they were trying to call me. I responded to the text telling them i had scheduled a call which never came and that was it. No response to the text, no apology, no follow up. We were so keen to get this sorted but these guys are a load of time wasters. Over promise under deliver.

Highly recommended, made the process so simple. Customer service was on point and my insurance advisor James was really helpful.

After filling out an enquiry form online, I was called back within 5 minutes. I spoke to someone else originally who passed me through to James Hampson as he has more experience with parents with young children. He sorted out my life insurance which I had been putting it off due to having epilepsy and a previous quote with another company which was £36 a month and I really couldn't afford that. After speaking to the lovely James who asked me what my budget was and got me an amazing deal. The experience was so good that my husband is jealous and we will be phoning James directly in the next week to renew his life insurance. Fantastic service and would definitely recommend to anyone.
