Scam Purchase

I purchased what i thought was a legitimate deal on facebook but when i checked the receipt it was for a subscription to this company. I have contacted them various times to advise that they are part of a scam process but they would not listen or refund the money. I have reported them to the FCA and also my credit card company. Avoid dealing with them at all cost!

Scam, product not fit for purpose

A couple of weeks ago, I wanted to create a new business plan for my company and was looking for a professional template.

Spent ages answering there questions, filling in content and to be honest the end product was basically exactly what I had typed in in word format.

They wanted a subscription which I cancelled straight away as the product was crap only to find today they tried to change my account £53.00 under the Merchant planmybusiness.com. Thankfully Lloyds Bank blocked the payment and the fraud team have got onto me straight away.

Be warned, double check your subscription is cancelled unless you like their products

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I made a purchase through fb advert for £1 it then brought up another payment page for £2.99, I thought this is a scam so went no further. A week later a payment went out of my credit card for £37!! I didn't authorise this payment. I disputed it with credit card company & they have refunded it to me. However they've told me to cancel my subscription with them, I've not set up a subscription & can't find a way to get in touch with them so I'm very worried about them taking another payment.

Scammers AVOID

Scammers

Went through Facebook to purchase a package from boots. Had £37 took out my account. I got in touch with them and they said the account was closed but would not refund the amount and we kept going round and round in circles. I spoke to my bank who replaced my card to stop any further transactions. Feel annoyed at myself for going through Facebook but I will never do it again. Disgusting company.

BUSYMEETPLAN.COM is a total scam

BUSYMEETPLAN.COM is a total scam.
I taught I bought a M&S hamper for £9:95 on Facebook. I waited for confirmation and receipt and delivery date but didn't receive any when I checked £9:95 and £37.00 have taken from my credit card. I have since contacted my bank for a refund. I contacted this company on line for refund as I have not subscribe or brought anything from them they are saying they can not refund my money . Avoid any sales on line as this can be a scam. The company is a scam collecting money on people account on false pretense by advertising as a reputable company such as M&S, Boots etc . Avoid! Avoid!!

Scam, scam, scam!!

Stupidly made a purchase of £9.99 from a FB link for an item from Boots. Immediately became suspicious when the transaction came up as Busymeetplan. I rang the bank and cancelled my credit card. However, the money had already been taken. They attempted, unsuccessfully to take a further £37 from my card today but I had received an alert from the bank asking me to contact them.
Please beware!

Screwfix Scam

Scam - screwfix offer 'advertised' via facebook . Paid £9.95 then realised mistake. Contacted bank immediately who cancelled subscription & blocked company. Banks need to auto block these scam company accounts & facebook are clearly not checking posts.

Con artists

Con artists. Just had my elderly Mum on the phone after she's had to cancel her card due to these pissants.

She bought soil from what she thought was B&Q via Facebook for £9.95. Then another £37 was taken. Luckily her bank contacted her about the unusual transaction hence the cancellation of the card.

After Googling the company name, lo and behold I end up here, with multiple reports of almost the same thing.

I've got to ask a simple rhetorical question. How are these scam artists allowed to continue, surely at some point in the whole system there's gotta be one company that pulls the plug on them.

Facebook - they should ban the adverts, it's fraud.

Banks - surely they've all had enough complaints about this outfit to block any and all payments made to them.

Trading standards - what exactly are those jobsworths doing while this is continually happening.

Police - this is digital fraud, why aren't they all over this scam company.

There's 4 links in the chain, and all 4 could close these charlatans down, so why oh why are there so many almost identical complaints going back quite a while that indicates none of the 4 are doing diddly squat.

I'd have seen through these clowns in an instant, but my Mum is more naive than me and hasn't grown up with technology and the Internet so she fell for it - and why wouldn't she, you shouldn't expect fraudsters on a site like Facebook that's worth billions.

I mean, I would, I wouldn't trust anything on Fakebook and that includes all the morons that use it to pretend they have a fulfilling life yet spend all week posting pictures of cats, cake and silly memes someone has sent them, but the older generation are far more trusting and prone to naivete when it comes to online shopping.

I've now told my Mum (pretty sure I've told her before) not to buy ANYTHING from Facebook, and unless it's a trusted site she's used multiple times already then she has to call me before ever buying anything online.

It says a lot when she shops a lot on Temu and has never been conned. Yet we're lead to believe it's the Chinese that untrustworthy yet people are getting ripped off left, right and centre by a company with a British trading address advertising on an American website.

What on Earth does busy meet plan even mean? Even the name sounds like like scam.

I sincerely hope karma comes and bites the backside of each and every person that's made a penny from this fraud. Taking money from pensioners and people that don't know any better is despicable. I'll tell you this now and I don't care about any future digital footprint to be used in court - if I find the name and address of who fronts this company, you can expect a visit. I'll happily do some bird for you.
