Brilliant Butcher's Box!
What a brilliant box! Really high quality meat. Carefully packed (environmentally friendly too) and prompt delivery. We had the Butterfly Leg of Lamb last night and it was delicious. The marinade was perfect! Highly recommend.

Halving ordered a months worth of meat…
Halving ordered a months worth of meat from James I am very disappointed with the free range pork it was
Not very good at all, what a dissatisfying joint of pork.
Full of fat 1 kilogram the joint was to large in conference over half was wasted full of fat
lacked taste & crackling as the joint was too thinly cut.
I stated I had not tried everything in my review.
Would not recommend.

I’m so sorry to hear of your disappointment, a shame that you didn’t reach out directly.
Unfortunately the a leg is much better in a larger piece, perhaps you had meant to order loin, which comes from the same part as the pork chops. This would have been much better for the size you required.
We hope that the rest of your order wasn’t as disappointing.

Beautiful beef
