Bought casing. Was also searching for brown paper bags and Country Fayre Classy Pork Sausage seasoning also but not here.

Always buy from Butchers Sundries to get supplies to make sausages at home. Brilliant store, has everything you need to make bangers just like a real butcher. Couldn't be happier, fully recommend

I purchased some condiments and seasoning. One of them had an expiry within 2 months which I find wholly unacceptable. Customer service said their accepted policy is a min 4 week shelf life! For a condiment?? I offered to send it back for a replacement but they refused. Utterly ridiculous. Buyer BEWARE!

I have been a regular customer of butcher sundries for a while now,always order the same item caribbean seasoning. On this occasion they have sent me the wrong item with no label ingredients and certainly the wrong marinade,I would say it is a Chinese marinade. I have contacted them several times by phone and email with pictures to let them know the order is wrong,and they are still refusing to send the correct marinade without 4 sided photographic evidence. I have a funeral on Wednesday, after my mother's passing and was going to use this marinade for the function. I think it is absolutely disgusting,that discretion could not have been used and sent me the correct marinade,being I am a loyal customer. They have told me I will need to purchase another marinade,until I can get round to send more extra photos. Thanks very much for your gracious, empathic customer service at this sad time. I will be claiming back a charge back through my bank,for items received as not described and will never use this company again. Shame on you. Be warned if anything goes wrong with your order,they are reluctant to solve.

I am a butcher with over 28 years experience in the Uk. I can say that the little 69.99 mincer and sausage stuffer allong with the casings and ingredients I bought are probably the best value for money outside of the trade. I make small batches from home and the mincer handles them without any issues at all. It is a small machine so more fool you if you over fill it and make the machine struggle. Take your time and the results will speak for themselves. 10/10 from me.

I wanted a specific product with limited online merchants. This place was the best price. I was slightly worried based on these reviews. However, the package was shipped the very next day with DPD and arrived within 36 hours of ordering. It was well-packaged and the product arrived exactly as was expected. All in all, excellent service. Your money is safe with this company.

Was very happy until recently, I ordered roasting bags for next day delivery but received a sausage machine, I called them to tell them what I had received and asked if they could send out my bags, they refused to send me anything until I sent the sausage machine back, their mistake not mine but resulted in my bags being almost a week late.

I am very impressed with how quickly Butchers-Sundries get their parcels out, our delivery was fantastic.
Upon receiving the parcel, I had a few questions about some usage rates and the customer service team were very helpful and provided me with the best information!

I’ve recently taken delivery of my butchers sundries and I’m disgusted in that two of my stuffing mix boxes (bought for exams)have had their best before dates covered over with another sticker and they’ve extended the best before date for another 3 months!when the original date gives me two days to eat This has also been the case in my hog casings, where they have gone out of date and you have kindly extended the best before dates for another 5 months. Totally unacceptable and I’ll definitely forward on to trade and standards

I had know idea that a so called reputable company could be such a rip off. The product cost £7.78 and they added almost a further £7.00 in delivery charges. I will shop elsewhere in future.

Product was out of stock, and they reminded me when it was available. However the price on the email was half the price when you click through. Online chat basically said, “tough” Absolutely sharp practice. Avoid!

Great delivery items came the very nextday 1 item had a long date 04/2024 the other bulk marinade had 4 weeks remaining that's 2.5kg I need to use in just over 4 weeks, so I am going to share this with my neighbours.
I was disappointed but this dose happen, I was given the option to return the product but I had already opened this.

I did call customer services they seemed like they couldn't care less, I had called back and spoke to Sam a manager who cleared things up, and gave her feedback about how I was made to feel, I do understand the Gluten-Free items are not so popular, but has assured the many of the marinades in stock do carry a much better shelf life.
If this had 4 weeks or under it would of been highlighted on the web page.
But next time I will call to make a stock enquiry first, because like all food distribution companies, have to audit and rotate stock and keep a database on products they distribute, so you could simply call before you order.

Bought lots of 2.5kg tubs of glazes. 6 different flavoured tubs
Read the items description to be sure I’d like them
Messaged the sellers butchers sundries, to give them a chance before leaving a review, to see what they’d do. But I have read they are really bad for the after service from others reviews.
As I had guessed, they were not interested in the slightest.
You got to give it to them with dispatch times. Which is great. But you judge a business on their worse points.
To explain briefly…
I made a complaint to say, I don’t drink and I know nothing about alcohol
The description of one sounded nice. So long story short. There was no mention a certain KENTUCKY STYLE BOURBON GLAZE was supposed to be alcohol tasting
I smelt it and thought what’s that rank smell. I thought, how bad can it really be, as the other glazes I’ve had from them , are lush 😋
I then went on to try a little bit with chicken and it tasted revolting and made me feel sick 🤢
That’s why I don’t drink alcohol
It’s disgusting 🤮
There was no mention to say this was alcohol tasting
How on earth is a non drinker suppose to know bourbon means alcohol. They use to sell a Guinness flavoured glaze, but that’s so well known as alcohol , so I stayed miles away from that one, but Bourbon is clearly not well known.
The bourbon glaze description goes like, A tantalising blend of sweet and smoky, this Kentucky Style Bourbon Glaze has delicious hints of pineapple flavour that is simply irresistible.
No mention it’s disgusting alcohol flavour
Now I’m stuck with 2.5kg of this disgusting and revolting glaze, that’s uneatable for a non drinker.
Think I’ll have to bin it and put it where it belongs… into land fill 🤢🤮😂
Buyers beware, don’t just read the description and tile of the glaze you want to buy… go Google what it actually means. As butchers sundries, do not give you all the info you need to make a clear decision before buying
Butchers sundries, please clearly state on your listings, which are alcohol tasting, to not mislead future buyers. Because other non alcohol drinkers, will be caught out…

Speedy delivery but I bought 60 packets of Chinese curry powder but I week expiry date. Read carefully and I would be use this company again l.

Bought some dry marinades, after buying these for years from B&M bargains and they have a shelf life of 12-18minths I thought I would buy from Butchers Sundries in bulk.
They were only slightly cheaper, that was not the reason to buy, it was simply to buy bulk as we like them.
When they arrived we noticed that all 4 boxes ( 80 packs), had a use by date only 14 weeks away.
It worked out we needed to use 7 packs per week to use by the date, totally unacceptable.
When I asked why I was told that it’s within the legal requirement….
Never again will I buy from here, I would rather buy from B&M and get a respectable use by date.

On the 22/11/2021 I paid for a vacuum seal
Food machine it arrived on the 25/11/2021
It did not vacuum at all only sealed I called Butchers and spoke to Grace in customer service she told me to send a video using it two videos later and emails plus phone calls I aske to send it back as it was defected only to be told the would collect it and no refund as the 10day returne had passed Grace made sure by daily putting me off asking for the second video of me using it
I will never use them again

I recently ordered a 3 ltr vertical sausage stuffer from Butchers Sundries. Superb service, ordered at 10 am one day and delivered at 1 pm the next.

I previous had a 3 ltr stuffer that I bought on ebay and the gears failed after only a few uses. The Butchers Sundries one is far more substantial and was only a few £ more expensive

Fantastic customer service, great service all round. Great experience. Great prices.
