Excellent quality meat, especially steak and lamb. I have tried the competition, but this wins hands down and is also better than my local butcher. You need to plan ahead and take the meat out of the... See more

About Butchery.nl
Written by the company
The Butchery is een uitgekomen jongensdroom van mij (Bert-Jan Lantinga). Een slagerij waar the sky the limit is.
The Butchery gaat verder waar je slager stopt.

Hi there,
What a shame you had a bad experience with our pork. Could you be so kind and send us an email so we can make it right with you? We have several pork breeds and I would like to know what went wrong here. Sorry about the inconvenience and I hope to hear from you very soon.
Kind regards,
Bert-Jan, The Butchery

Absolutely fabulous!
I think my fourth year as a client. Impeccable quality. Delivery with trunks better than UPS.
My order tonight arrived colder than my blast freezer.
Well done!

I'm in love
I'm in love. I'm a big guy and meat has been a staple of my diet for most of my adult life. That is to say that I've had a lot of steaks. And I mean A LOT. The local butchery here in Amsterdam seems to sell endangered animal meat or something because a single 300g steak costs upwards of 50eu. I never ordered meat online before so I was skeptical and with that sentiment made my first order. 3 steaks, 350g each, two types of ribeye and one Denver. Cost about 75eu. Good deal.
When the box arrived, the steaks were frozen which doesn't necessarily means much but something about that kind of fueled my skepticism even further. Kept them in the fridge overnight and prepared them the next day, myself, at home, on a skillet with butter and SPG.
I almost passed out with the first bite. At that moment I knew I'll have to get a second job to support my new meat addiction. 11/10
