Lovely shop with the most amazing lush jewellery and artefacts. Very friendly staff who took time with me to look at options for a special outfit. Made a special trip to go there. I will definitely return.

I have bought quite a few items from Butler & Wilson
I have never been disappointed,
The service was 2nd to none i had my item super fast and i was impressed.
The things that they make are so special,this time i ordered a very beautiful silver Cat keyring when i saw it on the website i knew i was going to buy it. It had little sparkly gem stones all over and you could also put it on a chain and have a very beautiful necklace
It was delivered in a lovely blue box and when i opened the box there was an additional little soft bag to keep it in. These pieces from Butler & Wilson
Are so beautiful and look lije antiques and they are so well made they will last for years.
I really enjoy all the items i have purchased and they are all as good and new as the day i bought them.

I had no problems at all, as I received my order very quickly.

The bracelet was exactly how it looked online and it arrived earlier than I expected.
I ordered a piece of Jewellery, just after christmas from Ernsets jones and they said they couldn't deliver it before the 23rd of April 2026.

Visiting this jewellery box was my second time .
It was a delight to see Simon Wilson there as well.
He is such a gifted designer, a one off , I really don't know how he manages to come up with ideas season after season .
His staff are so delightful it's a pleasure to go there , you really don't ever want to leave .
I had travell.ed from Liverpool to look at a certain piece of jewellery I had converted for some time , I wanted to see it up close and personal before I decided .
I'm looking forward to my next visit, although I have enough Butler &Wilson jewellery to sink a ship!!

B&W always make it so easy whether it’s an online purchase or buying from the shop at Fulham Road over the phone as I don’t live anywhere near.

I have been a customer for many decades, l initially spotted their products at Selfridges London. Later at QVC Uk & have done for years. I missed out on a particular jewellery just b/4 Christmas on QVC for a birthday party early January so decided to visit their website. I was pleased to find them on their website.
They came very quickly and was v pleased😍
My only complaint is they have no matching rings available. As a Nigerian, we love to have the total ensemble for parties 😂.

I love this company. Bought a couple of items in the sale. Arrive quickly and always in nice bags. Already have a few brooches, bracelet, earring and pins.

I love Butler and Wilson. Their products are such good quality.
My son ordered their beautiful Lion Brooch and it was out of stock but they notified us when it was back in, which was brilliant service. The actual Brooch is even more beautiful than the picture shows.

The Butler & Wilson shop is amazing. It is beautifully laid out so easy to see all the products. I was very pleased with my purchases. I wore my earrings on New Year Eve; they look fabulous and were very comfortable. The staff in the shop were extremely friendly and helpful. The whole experience was truly delightful. Recommend going to London and visiting the shop if you can but take some sunglasses and allow a few hours and lots of money to spend spend spend!
