I attended Kathy's candle making workshop and had a delightful experience! To no fault of anyone, her previous session overran slightly so she offered for us to have a dabble in resin art making while she prepared for our workshop. Safe to say I now want to return for the full 2 hour resin workshop!

Kathy clearly has a wealth of knowledge behind her to support the information she shares about candle making, but she delivers it in a way that's accessible and easy to take in. There were a good range of scents available to smell, so there was something to suit a wide range of preferences. I left with confidence and knowledge to make and use candles safely in future. Creating the pillar candles was also a fun way to get creative, and she was very supportive in helping us through the process if we were unsure how to do something.

Kathy's open, kind, authentic manner is infectious and it put me completely at ease. She was an adaptable, generous, attentive teacher and we can't wait to return for another workshop in the future!

Wonderful pre Xmas present from my Husband, for my daughter and I, whole experience was amazing, and came away with beautiful smelling melts and two candles. Would recommend the workshop very much.

I had a wonderful time at the Butterfly Barn Studio. Kathy has a wonderful set up there and is well organised. Everything needed was provided and Kathy is very good at explaining things clearly and in steps. I ended up with a beautiful candle and had a great time. Will definitely be going back to try something else

I haven’t received my order. Had no tracking number. Have contacted the seller twice and she has seen my messages and ignored both of them. Not impressed at all!

Spending an afternoon at Butterfly Barn Studio was a wonderful, therapeutic escape. It’s a small, intimate space where Kathy demonstrates and teaches with warmth and patience. I made a silver pendant, with her encouragement and guidance, and I am looking forward to returning to enjoy some of the other crafts Kathy offers.
