I have given buy-backdrop.com one star only because a lower rating isn’t available. The product was useless (whoever heard of using a permanently-creased vinyl backdrop for product photography???). I complained; they finally offered a 50% refund; I told them I wanted a 100% refund since they guaranteed 100% satisfaction; crickets. If I could take them to a state attorney general, I definitely would. 🤬

I'm very happy with my polyester prints. took a couple of weeks to get them but the full order of 5 prints arrived folded in a box. Good quality for a great price. I will order more from them.

Avoid, using. Never received my order, never received refund! No reply to my last email too. If there is a -star here, I would use it.

Avoid at all costs.

You will probably get what you ordered but if there are any issue and wish to return for a refund or complain generally. The seller will go radio silence and won't issue a refund.

No-one ever responds.I ordered a black backdrop and got Navy. I have emailed them 3 times and nothing in return. Now doing a charge back on my card. It's a shame because I had used them before. But I would NEVER use them again

Backdrop arrived within about 2 weeks but it is very poor quality. I ordered the white brick wall print and the bricks are huge. Completely oversized at around 35cm each. It is also completely grey and not white. Totally unusable and as others have said the company is now ignoring my emails. Do not use this company!

If I could give zero I would, I brought a backdrop and frame on the 7.11.23 have had no email regarding delivery and no response from emails and contact form, the live chat is never active, this is a rogue company so avoid, I’m now having to go through the process of trying to get my money back

This is a case of "I should have read the reviews first".
I ordered 3 backdrops and 1 adjustable stand. I received the backdrops, which were folded instead of rolled therefore, they have strong fold lines/creases that I don't think I'll be able to get rid of.

Also, the adjustable stand was not included in the package delivered. I have emailed them twice asking when the stand will be delivered and I've not had a response from them. The least you can do is respond to my messages and let me know how you plan to rectify the error. The stand cost me $48 and at this point, I want my money back!

UPDATE
I still haven't received the stand - my order date was 29th Oct. I have sent 4 messages and not one response received. AVOID!!

I wish I had read the reviews. I never would have waste my money. I have tried to contact them but all I get is a run around.

I have so far bought 3 backdrops from this company, 2 custom ones and one from a personal photo I sent to them. They have all been brilliant and the Forest scene has been used multiple times without a problem. Yes, they are folded, not rolled but the creases soon dropped out. I speak as I find and for the price they are very good value.

Ordered with some doubts after however I was reassured by a quick dispatch, tracking number which I could check the progress of the order. The order arrived within a week which I was happy with, packaged carefully. Thank you. Would recommend.

A fantastic shopping experience. I have to say that 5 stars is not enough, there was a problem with the product (not the company fault) and without issues they have given me great options including an upgrade of what I have had purchased. Thank you Sofia for making it right.

Cheap and useless backdrop. No photographer would use a wrinkled backdrop. The vinyl backdrop was creased and wrinkled permanently as a result of the supplier’s negligence which made it absolutely useless. Backdrops are usually rolled without folding and shipped in tubes. Total waste of time and money. I complained to the company via email and was told to fix it myself by laying it flat for 24 hours, I followed their ridiculous suggestion and did it for 48 hours which did not help at all. It didn’t even put a dent in the wrinkles. I contacted them again and asked them to take it back for a full refund, they started haggling with me offering a 50% refund, which is unacceptable. This item is totally and 100% useless and only good for recycling trash bins. Stay away from this vendor.

I recently purchased a backdrop and Sofia couldn’t have been more helpful.
She dealt with all of my queries regarding personalising the size through to the super fast delivery.
The backdrop itself is perfect and good quality. I would without doubt recommend this company for your backdrop.

Awful cheap products. I ordered multiple vinyl backdrops which arrived folded. No amount of ironing or steaming would shift the creases. Several of the backdrops were also very poor quality print and appeared striped rather than solid colour. Avoid at all costs as not willing to provide refunds.

Was worried because of reviews but I got everything I ordered and the backdrops looked great! I would buy again! Everyone complimented the backdrops in the lobby and enjoyed taking selfies with them.

I have a horrible experience. I’m still trying to get my money back. I don’t think they have someone checking the printer in after it has gone through before it gets mailed. My backdrop was lacking blue toner, I recommend you do not buy “Lake at dusk “. Because I have big doubts on whether an actual human checks the workmanship, I will never buy from this company again. I’m still trying to get my 60 bucks back from them. I have images of product and looking for a place to share them to warn others

ordered 2x backdrops worth £120, returned them which cost another £50 (the company is in China) and never received refund.

Product: great. But took 2 months to get here, hung up in customs in China, almost missed event. Order EARLY!

I purchased 2 Beach/Palm tree scene plastic backdrops for my Hawaiian theme Hen party in mid April and I received them today 2nd May. I only read the reviews last week and was really worried that I wouldn't get them as most of the reviews were bad. However I have nothing bad to say as I am delighted with them. They are really good quality nylon tent like, but firmer, material and the photographic quality is really clear and colourful. They are 2.2m x 1.5m and are perfect for the garden fence. I love them and they were really good value for money.
