Didn’t arrive for Christmas which was disappointing , but after speaking with agent they guaranteed that it would be with me first week of January and they kept there promise and I thank them for that

I ordered this on the 8th of December its now the 29th and I still don't have it.
I would like to amend my review on my purchase i believe its not fair to give someone a bad review for something that was out with they're control i.e external couriers. so ive now based my 5 stars on the actual purchase and price and of course the extensive contact i had through the whole process and even a small discount for my troubles . i would also like to add a thank you to Oskar for his commitment into resolving this matter .

Delievery was amazing so fast well done. Its a christmas gift so haven't opened it yet. But i have faith it will be perfect.

Oskar and myself tried many different angles to get the scooter shipped to Northern Ireland, even with different carriers and then even from different suppliers with eventually no luck and we needed the payment refunded, which is a great shame. But Oskar is worth your trust and your custom and when i get a chance to travel to the mainland by car I will again arrange a purchase with him so that i can bring it back with me. However I am also looking into using my own courier to lift a scooter from the supplier if this can be arranged before my next mainland trip.

Excellent experience. Scooter arrived on time and I was kept up to date on delivery schedule every step of the way. Would use again and recommend.

Oskar the main man himself, he helped through everything and was an absolute pleasure to talk with! I chose the G-Booster and oh my, it's an absolute dream to ride! Saving me so much hassle and the unboxing was perfect. Easily the best company to deal with! I'll definitely be bsck to purchase some upgrades etc!

I received my scooter in good time, there was an issue with the charger but Iscooters helped me resolve this quickly. The scooter now works fine & I am very happy with the after service I got helping me solve the problem.

I don’t usually leave reviews but The customer service from this company is the best I have ever received. I ordered the iscooter t4. The owner Oskar is never to busy to help you and is extremely knowledgeable regarding electric scooters. As a first time owner of A scooter there was somethings I was unsure of for example *how do I do this and that* he always replied the same day to tell me with instructions and he give me lots of tips. any questions I had after purchase he always answered in a quick time frame . The customer service you receive with your purchase is phenomenal, extremely reassuring, and helpful. when I need another scooter this is the place I will be purchasing from. This is how all businesses and customer service should be run, Thankyou for all your help!

Excellent product and quality , delivery was free and within a timely manner.

Communication was excellent. I was made aware of different scooter variants I wasn’t even aware of and given all avenues of options. Fast responses with detailed information made the whole process very customer friendly.

The only negative that I have with the product Itself is the absence of a user manual to describe the scooters functional and computer settings.

I ordered the ix4 and had an issue with an over heated battery after a few month. Buy electric scooters UK were amazing at resolving the issue. They replied to my email straight away and went to lengths to get my ix4 scooter back on the road very swiftly. I’d like to give a massive THANK YOU to Oskar, the lovely guy who sorted this for me.
